It all starts off with you at the age of nine. It's the year 1999. You've finished 2nd grade and it's almost June. You live with your dad Steven, your mom Angie and your older brother Vince. Vince is eighteen years old and attends St. Canard High school. He just graduated.

He told you about a classmate named Elmo Sputterspark. How this kid was kind of nerdy and was constantly bullied by the popular kids Ham String and his narcissistic queen bee girlfriend Preena Lott. He told you that Elmo was never seen again after prom. Vince graduated, but didn't see Elmo there.

But he told you that there was an electric powered super villain rodent boy who was attacking everyone at prom and attacking football captain Ham String, who was a pig guy. But a super hero by the name Darkwing Duck came and saved the prom, defeating Megavolt. Megavolt was the young guy who was the villain and causing a stir at prom.

Vince told you that Elmo had so much going for him. He was one of the smartest kids in class and he himself hates Ham and Preena for what they've done by sabotaging his science project and causing him to never return to school again. This made you feel bad. Even if you've never met this Elmo guy. Life ruined because of bullies.

You're at home right now and you've got your friend Janice Duckson with you. She's a duck girl who's your age and also going to the 3rd grade. You've both got the song Barbie Girl by Aqua playing on your little boombox.

Janice says, "What do you wanna do, (Y/N)?" You say, "Well. Since it gets boring here sometimes, I thought you and me... we could possibly sneak out tonight and see what's going on. What do you say?" You smirk.

She says, "Y-you mean like, late late?" You smile and you nod saying, "Uh huh." She says, "Well... okay." You say, "Cool. You won't regret this. My brother told me about this super villain that calls himself Megavolt. Said he almost ruined their prom one night."

Janice says, "When do we go?" You smirk and you say, "Tonight. Around eleven o clock. What do you say, Jan?" Janice says, "Okay. Let's do it. Be cool for once." You grin and you say, "That's the spirit." You both talk the rest of the time.

(Time skip.)

Later on at 11:20pm, you and Janice are walking outside. It's late and you're both walking along the sidewalk. You've gotten at least six blocks away from your house. Janice says, "What exactly are we gonna find this late? Nobody's really out this late."

You say, "You don't know that. That Megavolt could be out fighting against that Darkwing Duck for all we know." Janice says, "Where do you think this Megavolt villain would be?" You say, "Oh, I don't know. A bad neighborhood?"

You guys get to the bad side of St. Canard and you suddenly hear laughter. High pitched laughter of a madman. You say, "Oh. I hear someone right now. Come on." You grab Janice by the hand and you pull her towards the direction of the sound.

She says, "I-I don't know about this, (Y/N)." You say, "What are you? Chicken?" She says, "No. I'm a duck." You say, "Ha ha. Funny. Man, you really do have your dad's sense of humor." She grins. You follow the sound and you get in an alley. You both gasp.

You see a tall, teenage rodent guy with brown hair, goggles on his face, a yellow jumpsuit, blue shoes, blue gloves, etc. You say, "Wait... I think that's him." Janice says, "He looks like he'd be dangerous."

You say, "Wait behind a crate. I'm gonna go check this out. See what he's really like." Janice gulps and says, "C-careful, (Y/N)." You say, "It's cool, Jan. I'll be fine." She hides behind the crate and you walk closer to this Megavolt guy. He's humming as he works on something.
