-Mason's P.O.V.-

'Im the Great spirit. The keeper of this cave and of all powers from this land.' he said. I could see the blue flame getting closer to me. It was getting bigger as it approached. As it got closer I could see that it had the form of a person. 'Who are you and what is it you seek?'

'My name is Mason. I've come here looking for powers. I really don't know how it works, Im new here.'
I explained to him. I was very confused. He then stopped in front of me. The spirit was a blue knight. He had a big sword on his back. He looked at me and said:'I see... So you are from the other dimension.' he answered himself, as he knew I didn't have the answer. 'Well it's simple. Here everyone worthy has powers. But not all are. You will have to show me you are and that you can handle that responsibility. You will take tests, and if you pass them I will grant you powers. Are you ready to start?' I thought about it for a moment as if I was gonna decide what I was gonna do. But it was obvious I would say yes. I mean, who wouldn't? I can have powers; thats like every kids dream. Once it was mine. But now I'm actually living it. 'Yes. Let's start.'

Suddenly, I could see how lots of chandeliers with candles lighted up one by one. The cave wasn't how I imagined at all. It was like a giant museum. There were lots of things hanging everywhere. There were all types of weapons, shields, souvenirs and other things.

'Now, you must choose one.' I couldn't believe what I had just heard. 'Only one?! But there must be hundreds or thousands of things to choose from!' He looked at me and answered 'Let your heart guide you. I will also give you advice: not all is what it seems.' The great spirit disappeared after saying that.

'This could take a while' I started walking around looking at the collection of weapons and other things. It was hard to decide. Suddenly I saw a sword and it got my attention. It had an awesome design. It was like a heroes sword, only better. I got closer to it to see it better. 'I'll come see you later if I don't see anything better' I told the sword without realizing that it didn't hear me. I even winked at it for some stupid reason. I kept walking and saw many amazing things. Two other swords got my attention. They also had a very cool design. 'I don't know which to choose...' I thought about it and decided to get the second one I saw that I liked. I got closer to it and stopped in front of it. 'I guess your the one' I reached to take it and when I had it in my hand it disappeared. 'What the fuck!' I sighed 'I guess I'll have to pick another. I think Im gonna choose the first one.' I went to look for it. When I took it it shined very hard. So hard I had to look away. Then I felt it change into something very different. When I looked at it I saw... a notebook. All of the things in the cave disappeared. I took it and looked inside it. It was completely empty. 'What the heck. Is this really my weapon?' I asked myself. The spirit appeared again in front of me. 'That is your weapon. I told you nothing was what it seemed. Now you have passed the first part of your test. Now I will explain how your powers work. But first...' Three things appeared in mid air. There was a pen, a pencil and the sword that I had chosen, that wasn't really a sword at all. 'Choose one'

I though that this time I would follow his advice... But actually, it didn't help at all. I picked the pencil, thinking it was the most stupid weapon, and I was hoping to get the sword, but I actually got the pencil. 'But you said not everything is what it seemed!' I screamed at him furious. 'I didn't say that now, did I?' he said laughing. 'Damn you.'

'Now, let me explain how your power works. You draw something in the notebook , write anything you want it to have or be, and it will appear. Try drawing a sword and writing under it: Dark flames.' I did as he said but nothing happened. 'Now what?' He took the notebook. 'Now you do this.' He ripped the paper out and the paper turned into the sword and he took. 'Understand?' I was amazed by this 'trick'. I couldn't wait to try it myself. 'Yes.' He looked and at me and said: 'One more thing. Every drawing will be archived. Just think of a name for it and put it at the top of the paper when drawing it. Then if you want that exact drawing you write its name and the drawing will instantly appear again.' He gave me the notebook and the pencil back. 'Now you try it.'

I opened the empty notebook and thought of something to draw. I drew a katana and added that it was flaming. I made it appear and took it. It was like a big sword surrounded by fire. 'Good. You passed the first test.'
