The boy sat clueless on his bed watching Borris play on Tony's side of the room. Boy thought about meeting everyone else in the home but he also wanted to keep his name to himself. Then he thought about his sister.
"Borris.. Me and my sister are the only ones that can see you right?" Boy asked.
"Yep. You're the ones who grew me!" Borris said.
"Cool, Come with me." Boy left the room while Borris followed behind,
"Tony, You know that guy?" Boy asked Borris quietly.
Borris nodded, "He's the boy that bunks with you."
"Correct. Does he look like he'll spread rumors?"
"At this rate, Everyone knows your name is Boy."
A sweat tear dropped down Boy's cheek as he raced down the many stairs. He entered a room where kids were playing in. The room had a big dollhouse and tons of boxes of furniture and little accessories.
Everyone stared at Boy. He looked around to see if Tony was in there whispering about him and his sister.
"Where's Tony.." He choked out.
"In the kitchen," A little girl said pointing to the wall.
Boy left the room and ran into the kitchen where he found Girl talking to Tony.
"Hey !" Boy said, grabbing Girl and putting her behind him.
"What are you doing?" Tony looked confused, Girl did as well.
"I know what you're doing, you're getting information about her because she is young and knows no better."
Tony chuckled a little, "Getting information? Geez, My mother didn't have to warn me twice about you two," Tony walked over to the huge table and sat down. Girl noticed Borris and gave a small wave.
"What? Aren't you another person here?" Boy said, confused.
Tony shook his head, "My mother owns this place. She, unfortunately, loves children. She feels.. Bad for kids like you."
Boy looked at Girl then at Borris.
"Kids like us..?"
Tony sat in the nearest chair and stared Boy down.
"Is that all you're good for? Repeating everything I say?"
Boy stood up more straight and looked around the room.
"I'm more useful than you think, Tony. You better watch what you're saying unless you're in for trouble."
Tony got up from his chair and walked over to Boy. Boy pushed Girl further behind him and stared into Tony's eyes.
Tony grabbed Boy's face and pulled him closer to him.
"You better watch what you're saying Boy or I'll throw you in the streets. You and your sister." Tony whispered in Boy's ear.
"I don't care what your names are. You're nothing to me or anyone. All you are is weird and unloved."
Unloved, A word Boy thought he always was. A word Girl has never thought of until Walker's sudden death. It was weird because he was always very careful about the lawn work. He's been working with the lawnmower for years. It was also very sudden for Borris to warn them, How can he predict the future? And maybe.. Just a small thought.. Maybe Borris did it.
Boy shook his head and turned towards the hallway walking away with Girl's arm in his hand. Dragging her, searching for Borris in a nearby dark corner or in the playroom.
"Leaving so soon?" Tony called from the back of the kitchen.
Boy ignored him and found Borris sitting on the staircase.
"Borris!?" Boy whispered yelled. He was frustrated by Borris just leaving after he said Tony would spread rumors.
"Why did you run off?" Boy grabbed Borris's arm and drug both Girl and Borris into the backyard."I'm sorry!" Borris said.
