A/N: Hii! Sorry I haven't been updating much, I'm just SO full of homework and online classes...ugh. Anyway...

Oh boy, get ready for a dramatic sceneeee! There's going to be tension guys. Whoops.

Now you may proceed hehe...

-Remember to be nice.

-We will, Marilla- Jerry and Anne said musically at the same time.

-And help with Delly.

-We will, Marilla.

-And be patient to one another- she continued as they walked towards the Blythe-Lacroix residency door.

-We will, Marilla.

-Jerry, remember to knock the door, since it is a habit of yours to walk inside a room without warning.

-I will, Marilla.

-Anne, take care of yourself- she said, still worried.

-I will, Marilla.

-And don't get in trouble.

-We will, Marilla- they both repeated automatically.

-Wait, I mean, no Marilla, we won't get in trouble- Anne said with her eyes wide open and gave Jerry a look which said: "We've been exposed".

-Okay, good.

They knocked on the door and were received by Bash, who flashed a wide smile at the sight of the family at his house.

-Good evening Cuthberts! It is a pleasure to have you here! Please, come in.

-Oh, we are in a hurry, but thank you for taking care of them, Mary and you are truly lifesavers- Marilla said.

-Well, that's what friends are for- he replied, to which Marilla and Matthew smiled in response.

The younger pair of siblings said their goodbyes to the older pair and then entered the house holding their bags. It didn't take a minute for Mary to appear and say hello. Then, they decided that Jerry would sleep with Gilbert and Anne would take the guest room upstairs.

She went up the stairs and opened the door. It smelled like a flower, maybe Lavender. She brushed her finger through the wooden desk, then continued tracing through a small porcelain deer figurine and a dreamcatcher. She kept on studying the room. Every item had been touched and thoroughly seen by the curious redhead. In front of the bed there was a window, just like at Green Gables. She opened it and poked half of her body outside, filling her lungs with the cold night air. Her eyes wrinkled slightly when she smiled, looking up into the night sky.

-Hey, Shirley, try not to fall down- the curly haired boy said from behind her. He had his hand on the doorframe and was laying his weight on it.  He was wearing a black Champion hoodie and a playful smirk. He is the stereotype of popular guy, Anne thought.

-Oh god, you look so...

-Handsome? Yeah, I've been told that- he said jokingly with a half smile.

-You're such a dork- she bit back a smile.

-Well, I've also been told that.

Gilbert started looking at porcelain figurine and playing with it in his hands.

-Jer has already made a mess in my room...

-It gets worse- she chuckled and Gilbert sat down on her bed.

-He's been here for ten minutes, I can't even imagine what it will be like the last day.

Anne sat down next to him and let her back fall onto the soft mattress, the boy then did the same. They were both staring at the ceiling. Anne had her hands on her stomach and Gilbert was stretching his arms over his head, playing with the tip of some of his curls.
