◈NARRATOR◈
It wasn't the first time it had happened.
He looked scary, he looked different. He wasn't the man Hani knew and loved.
His eyes had gone red, the man in front of her, who was supposed to be her beloved fiance, running towards her, his hands going up as if to choke her.
Hani ducked, grabbing her phone before going into their shared bedroom's bathroom and locking the door behind her, getting into one of the small cabinets under the bathroom sink, and dialing his number.
Jae's brother had always been able to calm him down when Hani's words went into empty ears.
"Come quick, it's really bad," she whispered, the sound of banging audibly heard on the other side of the call while Hani grabbed her stomach and let tears roll down her face.
Jin dropped everything, work, school, he always dropped it to see his brother.
When he had first been possessed, it was easy to fight back, Jae regaining control of his own body faster than he could open a door.
But it had become different.
He had become different.
Not only was he more violent with each possession, he sometimes couldn't remember his own name when he did regain consciousness.
It was her fault.
Jin just knew it was Hani's fault.
Opening the door of Jae's apartment, Jin was surprised to see him hitting the door.
He looked nothing like himself.
All Jin could do was run to the door, grabbing his brother and pushing him into the ground, using his own hands to keep Jae's arms restrained.
He could hear Hani crying.
She was pathetic.
It was her own fault his brother had ended up in that state, but jin couldn't blame all of it on her. He too was partially to blame.
If he had let the dead rest he wouldn't have ended up in that situation.
But there he sat, half an hour later with an unconscious brother, Jin placing Jae on his bed before asking Hani to open the door.
She came out, tears dripping down the side of her face, one hand on her belly while the other had the phone on her ear, hoping Jin would have kept it on as she was stuck in the bathroom, but he didn't.
"I'm sorry," she cried.
Jin wasn't a dick. He had a heart. Although he blamed her, he let her hug him, Hani's hand going around Jin's neck.
Jin's eyes closed, letting Hani cry out how scared she was, how afraid she was of the man she loved. His eyes opened momentarily, only to see a trail of blood from the bathroom to where he stood, Jin pushing Hani away to see her bleeding.
Hani's eye's widened.
"My baby!" she yelled, her tears becoming harder, her hands going to her stomach as Jin called an ambulance.
Just as he hung up, he turned to look at Hani. His eyes were filled with rage.
"It's all your fault? How the hell did you end up thinking that having a kid was okay?"
"Let me explain, I didn't plan-"
"Shut up!" Jin screamed.
"DO YOU NOT SEE? DO YOU NOT SEE THIS IS YOUR FAULT? HE USED TO BE ABLE TO GET HIMSELF BACK TOGETHER, AND NOW LOOK AT HIM!"
Hani turned away from Jin, not looking at Jae, her eyes filled with tears and conflicting emotions.
"LOOK AT HIM FOR FUCK'S SAKE!" Jin yelled.
She slowly turned to look at Jae, his sleeping figure laying on the cold bed.
She sat down next to him, looking down at the blood and back at him.
"You're wrong," she mumbled.
"What?"
"I said, you're wrong!" Hani yelled at the top of her lungs, the room fading slowly to black.
"This wasn't my fault...I love him..."
