Abigail's POV
I was practically bouncing waiting for Bones. I would've gone down to the yard if Doc wasn't guarding the door. She literally had her chair blocking my exit.
The doors slammed open causing both me and the doc to jump. "Bones!" I stood up to walk towards him but got very dizzy.
"Chief!" Bones ran forward and helped Natasha grab me before I fainted. "Are you okay?" He asked with his hand on the back of my neck checking my face for any signs of discomfort.
"I'm fine. What's been happening?"
"Chief, you need to rest," Gold said walking towards me.
I sat in silence as my mind raced a mile a minute. "What's been happening?" I asked again.
"Nothing."
"I'm not stupid." I scoffed.
"Honestly, Chief! Nothing. Everyone has been worried about you."
"Re....really?" I stuttered. The boys nodded. "Wow."
"Yeah. Everyone has been talking about jumping the guard. No one thinks he should get away with it." Duke chuckled.
"Blain told all of us that he personally was going to handle the situation," said Bones.
"I'm pretty sure Blain even wants to beat the crap out of him." Gold snorted.
"He needs to get in line," I mumbled.
Bones laughed, "We all do."
"Don't worry, Chief. You got 46 guys who will tear that guard down for what he did." Duke said.
"46 guys and one girl." I groaned.
"Sorry to interrupt, but I need to run some test on Abigail." Said Natasha.
"What kind of tests?" Bones stepped in.
"Bones......" I warned.
"Just some blood test and a MRI to make sure that Abigail is healing correctly. If these test come out healthy then she can go back to her cell." The three guys visibly relaxed.
Three blood test and one MRI later, Dr. Natasha came back into the room.
"I've got some bad news for you, Abigail." Oh gosh. I took a deep breathe preparing myself for the news. "Looks like you have to go back to your cell."
"Wait. What?" I asked.
She laughed. I'm super confused now. "You are healthy. You can go back to your cell."
"You should be more specific next time," I chuckled.
There was a soft knock at the door. We both turned out heads to see Blain stepping through the doorway. "How are you doing, Stewart?"
"Great!" I smiled. "I can go home! Well back to my cell." I chuckled. Natasha and Blain soon joined in.
"Here, I'll help you down to the yard." He said stepping forward. I slowly stood up. I'm a lot stronger than a few hours ago.
With me on his left, Blain wrapped his left arm around me waist, put my right arm over his shoulders and grabbed my right arm with his right hand. We limped our way down the hallway towards the yard.
When we were at the door that lead out to the yard I had to stop. "Blain." I said breathlessly. "I'm sorry. I have to stop." I bowed my head as I tried to regain my composure.
"Do you want to just go straight to your cell?" He asked not hiding how worried he was.
I shook my head. "No. I'm..... I'm fine. Let's go." I straightened up.
