I stuff my clothes into my bag and zip it up. I look up to see Hinata walking in. "Sorry about yesterday" "It's all right" I place my hand on his forehead. "Are you feeling ok? You jumped into the pond" Hinata has a flustered face as I realize what I am doing. I snap my hand back with my eyes wide. "I-I AM F-FINE !" He runs off leaving you by yourself. His face made my heart miss a beat. Now that I know my feelings I can't see him the same way. I watch as he double high fives, Noya, with his adorable smile. Stop being so irresistibly cute Hinata. Even his laugh is like a soothing sonata. Oh Hinata, I wish we were possible. I need to have you.

I wipe my face with my towel as coach Ukai reminds us about our joint practice at Fukurodani. Now we'll have to deal with all the other annoying teams. At least it's better than doing it with shittykawa and his team. I sigh and stand up. "TOSS TO ME!" I look at Hinata and hold in my smile. "I see you are trying to improve yourself" "What's that supposed to mean?" I ruffle his hair. "You're so mean bakayama!" "Boke"

Next morning

I exhale and watch my breath turn into water vapour. When I think about Hinata, we have had a lot of moments that warm me up inside. I stare as Hinata laughs with Tanaka and Noya and feel jealous that is is not me making him laugh. "Looks like his royal highness is upset because the tangerine is popular" I glare at Tsuuki. "I am not" I growl. "Oh my Yamaguchi, it seems we have annoyed his highness" I turn away grumbling insults at him. I get on the bus and get lost in my thoughts. Hinata has been working hard to fight by himself. If he succeeds and finds a way... he wouldn't need me. We won't be side by side. Wait, I just want to be the closest person to him, I am being possessive. I sigh and lean against the window as everyone settles in. I hear light footsteps and feel Hinata sit next to me.

An hour into the ride

Everyone is either asleep or listen to music. I doze off and feel a weight on my shoulder. I open my eyes and look over to see Hinata peacefully sleeping on my shoulder. I nudge him but he doesn't move. I pull my blanket out of my bag and wrap it around the two of us. I hold him close to me and stroke his head. I rest my head on his and breathe in the smell of oranges. I want this moment to last forever.
