The next day was full of the awkward moments where we would accidentally make eye contact and then suddenly look away. We are on our last game of today. Karasuno vs Nekoma. Strangely we nearly always verse them at the end of the day.
Third-Person POV
Kuroo serves the ball over the net, Daichi receives, hitting it to Kageyama who sets it to Tanaka. Tanka spikes with force only to be blocked by Lev. "One touch!" Yaku hits it to Kenma who gives it to Kuroo to do a back-row spike. "ROLLING THUNDER!" Nishinoya receives it and passes it to Kageyama. Hinata runs up for the quick but hits it slightly off. Yamamoto receives it with a smirk and hits it to Kenma. Tsuuki and Kageyama block Lev as he runs up only for Kenma to do a setter dunk. Karasuno won the first set, 25-23 while Nekoma won the second, 25-20 right now it's a deuce. (If you don't remember what a deuce is, it's when both teams are tied on a match point) The score being 25. Kuroo serves, Asahi receives and sets it to Kageyama. Everyone except Hinata runs up for a synchronized attack. Kageyama sets it to Asahi who smashes the ball down with force. "MATCH POINT!" Tanaka smacks Asahi's back as Noya has stars in his eyes. Yamaguchi is subbed in for a pinch serve. He runs up and jumps, hitting a perfect floating serve. Yaku receives it but the ball goes in another direction. Yamamoto dives for it and hits it up. Kuroo hits it to Kenma who gives it to Lev. Lev brings his hand down quickly. Three blockers jump up, Tsuuki, Kageyama and Hinata. Lev smirks and slows his hand. "A FEINT!?!?!" Noya dives for the ball but isn't quick enough. "ARGH!" Now it's Yamamoto in the back row serving. He does a line shot, ending the match. Nekoma wins, 26-28.
Kageyama POV
I head out as soon as I grab my towel. I wipe my face and head to the rooms so I can put my towel into the basket to be washed. I open the door and look at Hinata and Suga. I snap my head the other while Hinata does the same. Suga has a confused face. It's better this way. I clench my fist. This way I won't go crazy. I won't be able to touch him and go out of control. This is for the best.
