If the twinkle of that star would shine forever bright,
let it show you the way to the past,
the way to the present,
or the way to the future
because you see that star?
It shows my love for you.
How I always have loved you,
always will love you just as much as I do now.
✮.✯*✮.✯*🌟*✯.✮*✯.✮"What the hell?! What you thinking bringing her here of all places?!" An unfamiliar female voice yelled, immediately waking me up.
Ow! My head hurts! I mentally groaned.
"I don't know," Thomas's familiar soft yet firm voice replied. "She needed help and I just sorta... didn't think..."
"Thomas, did you ever once think that she may be a spy!? We already lost Alice. What happens if another one of us goes missing!? There's only five of us left!" the first voice yelled again.
"You saw her, she obviously needs help. Why would a spy be in that condition if they were here to hurt anyone?"
The new voice sighed. "Thomas I get you want to help. I get she looks a lot like Alice. I get you miss her, but you need to let her go."
"This has absolutely nothing to do with her!" Thomas defended irritably.
"Oh really?" the other voice challenged. "It's just a coincidence that she looks exactly like Alice, hm? I don't buy it."
"Amy please," Thomas pleaded. "Just until she's better?"
Wait... that name sounded familiar. Where had I heard it before? Oh right, Thomas's friend.
"Thomas, you can't put others safety in front of ours. We protect our own and outsiders are not welcome. She could be a trouble maker or a freakin' outlaw for all we know!" the person-- known as Amy yelled.
"Amy..." Thomas sighed reasonably.
~The girl will not cause us any trouble.~ A smooth, feminine voice inputted. The voice didn't speak aloud. I sort of heard it in my head. ~I feel it in her heart, she is simply lost.~
"Told ya' so." Thomas sounded slightly triumphant and relieved.
"Fine, we help her and then she goes. If anyone gets hurt because of her, heads will roll." Amy threatened in a deadly tone. "Yours to be specific."
"Alright, sheesh Amy. For the Guardian of the Life Pokemon, you can be amazingly hostile."
"Shut up, Bakakarp. She might hear you!" Amy scolded.
"Hehe... Sorry, Amy."
I slowly sat up in another unfamiliar room. Light filtered through the wispy white curtains, lighting up the light blue walls. The wooden white pine bed had a baby blue bed spread and the matching white pine bed side table held my purple purse. Other than a small chest of draws in the corner, the room was empty.
Shiver was sitting at the end of my bed, delicately grooming herself. She looked up from licking her paw when she saw I was awake and she smiled at me. ~Ceon!~
"Hey Shiver," I greeted quietly.
~Ce.~ She smiled cocking her head to the side.
I slowly stood up, but sat back down when I felt dizzy again, raising a hand to my head until everything stopped spinning. Why am I feeling so weak?
Shiver came to my side and frowned. ~Glace-e-on.~ She said as she gently nudged my hand with her cold button nose.
I placed a hand on her cool, slick back. Her fur felt cold like ice, but didn't have the numbing feeling. Instead, it felt smooth and the sun reflected off her coat like freshly fallen snow. I ran my fingers over her back as easily as a skater in an ice ring, and scratched her behind her ice-diamond like ear. Shiver purred in response, her ear twitching slightly with pleasure.
Shiver looked up, turning her gaze toward the closed door as I heard two sets of footsteps coming in the direction of the room I was currently in. The white door open, creaking slightly in a homely fashion as Thomas walked in. He smiled a little when he saw I was up. The girl he was walking with frowned a little.
She had light green hair that fell down to her waist. The last inch or so of her vibrant coloured hair ended in bright pink tips that didn't look dyed in. She had mossy green eyes with a serious expression in them. Her flowy pink sun dress reached her knees and she wore matching pink flats. She was only a little bit shorter then Thomas was, but somehow appeared older.
Her intense gaze made me flinch slightly as her eyes wondered over me. I subconsciously hugged myself, feeling anxious under her watch.
Thomas lightly hit her arm. "Stop it, Amy! You're making her nervous."
Wait... wasn't Amy the owner of the Skiddo we picked up?
Amy shook her head with a sigh. "Sorry, I'm Amy." She walked over to me and held a hand out for me to shake. "Is it true you have amnesia?"
I nodded and accepted her hand, shaking it lightly.
A small light green Pokemon flew over to Amy and sat on her shoulder. It had a long snake-like body that twisted elegantly through the air as she free with her pink pixie wings. It had pink eyes that shine like morning dew. Two thin antennas sprouted from its head like flower stems as it clung to Amy's shoulder with its small paws. The creature had a warming air about it as it seemingly velvet like fur seemed to catch and hold light.
"Life, you're meant to stay hidden," Amy said irritably, raising her hand to cover the pixie-ish Pokémon.
The green Pokemon giggle. ~It's fine, Amy. I already told you she won't cause us trouble.~
Wait, Pokemon could talk?
Amy sighed angrily. "I'll deal with you later." She turned to me. "So, do you know your name?" Her tone of voice softening.
"I'm just going to be Shimmer until I remember," I replied timidly.
"Well, Shimmer, you've caught Thomas's eye. Looks like I'm stuck taking care of you for a while."
"Hey! I never said that! All I said is that she needs help," he said with a blush. "Besides, I like Alice..."
Amy sighed and shook her head. "Well, do you know anything to do with healing?"
"...No..."
"My point exactly. Now give me a sec, you look like you could do with a good meal inside of you," She said almost motherly.
Thomas rolled his eyes. "Yes mother."
"SHUT UP! Now excuse me," Amy yelled going from hostile to her motherly tone in seconds.
"Bipolar much?" Thomas muttered.
I let out a giggle as Amy and Life left the room.

Word count: 1111YAY!!! AMY IS IN!!! Hehe... I'll leave you guessing on what you think but everything I mentioned. Not bad for my first mystery story in my opinion, but what do you think?
What do you think of Life? And by the way I own the species of Pokemon that Life is. I'll tell you what it's called next chapter.
The picture at the top is of Amy and Life. I'll put a better picture of Life in my art book and add this one as well. Right now I'm working on Thomas's but boys are so much harder to draw.
Well please vote and comment. It would be a big help ^_^
Bye now SMG OUT!!!
