DANIELLA'S POV
"Jaceyy!!"
The girl walked towards us and threw her arms around Jason, obstructing my view of him a bit, which was now replaced with platinum blonde hair tied in a ponytail.
"Eva..what're you doing here?"
So this was Eva. From Jason's tone you could tell that he wanted to be anywhere but in her arms. While she held him like her life depended on it, he didn't even lay a finger on her. After burying her face in his chest, she stepped back to look at him but her hands were roaming his shoulders, neck and chest. Talk about attention seeking.
"Well I came to see you of course. How could you even ask that?"
Instead of giving her an answer, Jason sighed and closed his eyes. He was probably tired of this before it even started. Sophie rolls her eyes at them and the boys stare at their friend and the desperate blonde who didn't seem to notice anyone was around. She was only focused on Jason.
"What's wrong baby? Something in your eyes?" Eva asks, caressing his face with her hands but he shifts away from her touch.
"No..nothing. Listen Eva," He starts, untangling her from himself.
"We were kind of in the middle of something so could you come back some other time?"
I couldn't see her face since her back was faced to me. But I could bet she didn't like what Jason said to her.
"What were you all talking about that was so important?" Eva asks, annoyance in her tone.
"Actually..." Jason pauses, and then his eyes make contact with mine.
"It was just Daniella and I."
Just Daniella and I? We were all in a conversation!
One second past. Two. She followed his gaze and slowly turned around to connect her icy cold grey eyes with my hazel ones. As she stared at me, I felt all different kinds of uncomfortable and I was forced to fill the silence.
"Hi. I'm Daniella," I say, stretching out my hand for a shake but she just stared at my hand like it was filth so I awkwardly put it back down. Seconds past before she finally said a word.
"You're the girl who poured coffee all over Jason."
It was more of a statement than a question. She kept giving me that venom-like stare so I had to avert my eyes.
"Yeah that's me."
I looked back at her to see her gaze directed at Jason. She did not look happy.
"Listen Jacey, you're going to have to explain what that..." She pointed at me for emphasis and I was shocked as hell.
"...is doing here." She finished, waiting for Jason to reply. Chris, Michael and Sophie looked surprised but not like I was. Whereas Jason just had a poker face on.
"Excuse me?" I asked, directing my question to her. She looked away from Jason, putting her manicured hands on her hips.
"Oh I'm sorry, were you saying something? My bad. I don't speak to female dogs."
Just that statement was enough to make me lose it. Gone were any bit of intimidation towards this girl and all I could see was red which stood for anger. She did not just say that to me.
"Okay that's it..."
I was about to come further but hands on my waist stopped me.
"Not so fast blondie. Just calm down."
