DANIELLA'S POV
The screeching sound of the bell signaled the end of school for today. I packed up my books and got up hesitantly, not wanting to leave just yet but remembering Dylan's words earlier at the Principal's office to head to the parking lot immediately after school.
I sighed as I left my English homeroom and headed to my locker to keep some of my books.
I heard laughter and chattering close by. Curious, I turned around. Standing a few feet away from my locker was Jason King and some other guy with blonde hair that was muscular than him but Jason was taller. They seemed to be so engrossed in their conversation that they didn't notice a couple of girls dreamily gawking at them from across and whispering to each other. Or maybe they did notice but they're used to the attention.
As they started leaving, I realized I should too but I remembered Bella asking me to meet her at the school's theatre if I could before heading home. I'll admit I was a bit curious to see a bit of the play rehearsals which was why I started heading there. Dylan would just have to wait a little longer.

I got to the theatre room quickly and as I entered, I noticed how busy the place was. Various students were running around with duties to carry. Some were setting up the stage and other things necessary, while some were rehearsing their lines. As I passed by the row of chairs, I saw on stage what looked like a long tower that has a little window and woods surrounded by it. That's when it clicked. They're doing a Rapunzel play. So typical.
I looked to my left and that's when I saw various people wearing costumes but one stood out amongst the rest. He had tousled blonde hair and electric blue eyes. He was dressed as what I assumed to be the Prince. As he held conversation with the others, I couldn't help but notice how his costume suit him perfectly, and of course, wonder who he is.
"Dani!"
I snapped out of my trance and turned around only to meet eyes with Bella.
"Hey. I've been looking for you."
Like the others, she was dressed in a costume but it looked princess-like which made me wonder if she was Rapunzel.
"You came! Great! I was starting to think you weren't gonna show."
"Well, I was a little curious so I thought I'd stop by before going home. So, I'm guessing this is a Rapunzel play right?"
"How'd you know that?"
"It's pretty obvious. The tall tower, the woods, even the costumes."
Bella scrunched up her nose in thought.
"Well..yeah, I guess that's easy to figure out."
"Okay, so who's Rapunzel?"
"Really? You gotta ask?"
I rolled my eyes at Bella.
"I wouldn't ask you if I knew."
Bella puts her hands on her hip, smiling smugly at me.
"Well she is standing right in front of you."
"You're Rapunzel? That's cool!"
"I know right? But that blonde wig is really heavy so I put it on last minute."
In the story, Rapunzel's hair was long and full which I understand why Bella would wear it last minute. I wish I could see her on it though.
"And Prince Charming?" I asked.
