Metroid: Samus Begins

Kraid.

The walkway ended in a dead end but there was a small crack in the wall. One morph ball bomb later and Samus was now rolling through the wall emerging on the other side with a flip.  Here she stood in a massive chamber atleast 30 feet high. The chamber branched in six different directions each path looking like it lead to some other part of Brinstar. Samus switched to her thermal visor and was able to detect an enormous heat signature coming her right, she placed her arm in her cannon uneasily and stepped down the massive path cautiously. She reached the end and it continued on around a corner but she didn't follow it, instead there was a small opening about 10 feet high in the wall covered by an orange door,  it opened after a plasma shot and she walked through. There was a man made bridge on the other side which had steps leading down to a platform and more steps continuing from there. She was in a chamber that was meant to be accessed by whatever monstrosity roamed the tunnels and she had come through a way that was used for something smaller, perhaps space pirates had wanted a way to move In and out easily ?.   The room was pitch black except for the red lights that lined the metal steps and bridge.  Samus shot what appeared to be a button on the wall behind her and light enveloped the room. She hastily gazed up at the behemoth standing before her.  An earth shattering roar came from a giant Green Lizard like monster. It was about 25 feet tall with three eyes and what appeared to be three lumps on its round stomach.  Before Samus could react the monster smashed its hand into the platform destroying the bridge and the steps . Samus was launched across the the room and slammed into the ground with debris battering off her. She groaned and got to her feet quickly and jumped out of the way of the monsters feet. "Morphology: Kraid , highly resilient reptile with durable flesh, it's only weakness are its eyes and the three lumps on its stomach from it it fires spiked boulder sized projectiles. Kraid is one of the space pirates generals and is  unfathomably dangerous. Kill on sight!" The scan visor told her. Samus shot a few dozen curved projectiles that were thrown from kraids hands.  The lowest lump launched its projectile which Samus managed to land ontop of by  flipping her body sideways . As she went to jump off again , Kraid spun around and it's tail hit Samus with so much force that she was thrown into the wall causing considerable damage to her suits protective shield.  Kraid grabbed Samus tightly and lifted her toward his mouth , squeezing harder as he did.  Switching to the plasma beam Samus manged to incinerate one of his claws which fried the nerves in his hand. Kraid roared and threw Samus in the air and launched its top projectile. Samus turned into the morph ball and landed on it , than boosting herself right into the inside of the lump. She blasted it apart with a bomb with seemed to cause major pain to the beast , she rolled out and emerged out of the ball with speed only possible thanks to her altered dna.  The grapple beam attached itself to Kraids left hand and Samus threw herself in the air with so much force that she almost felt the air knocked from her lungs, flipping sideways she shot all three of kraids eyes at once! Then launched a super missile immediately, she fell to the ground as the super missile hit the back of kraids mouth as he roared in pain, his entire head exploded! And his body fell backwards and hit the ground with the same force as the super missile . The ground caved in and suddenly gave away collapsing into the unknown depths taking kraids corpse and Samus with it.
