I felt a mattress beneath me and I wrinkled my face, starting to feel around me. Something didn't feel right. I could smell something old and familiar. It was musty, and there was the scent of cheap alcohol. I felt my head spin as I opened my eyes slowly. I felt an off feeling as I realized I was in my old room, in Bobby's old house.

This, this place burned down...

I got up slowly, looking around cautiously. I felt my head where it was hurting. How did I end up here?

"Cas," I heard a familiar voice and I felt my eyes starting to water slightly. I turned to see Jedicia standing near the door way and I felt everything sink, "Hey, kiddo," He gave me a soft smile and I went back slightly.

"Je, Jed?" I asked, then went to him. He watched me as I checked his light blue eyes as they watched me, then I hugged him and he hugged me back, "You're safe,"

"Yeah," He kissed the side of my head and I held onto him, feeling safe myself, "I, I can't say the same about you, though," I looked at him slowly and he was looking at me, "You don't remember what happened?"

I felt everything rush back through my head. Slamming on the break, seeing Tyler trying to kill me, the wreckage, that man, my blood, then everything,

I looked at him shakily as I went back, and breathed heavily. I looked down at myself shakily and watched as blood started soaking through my clothes, then it was gone. I looked back to him.

"I," I could barely speak, "I'm dying?" He looked at me sympathetically and I looked to the ground shakily.

Jack...

"31 year old Caucasian woman, was in a car accident, several broken limbs, has been unconscious for over two hours, was buried under snow," A nurse called out as I tried to keep pace with them and the gurney carrying Cas down the hall.

She was worse than what I saw out in the storm. Her head was bashed in from the wheel and she was bleeding badly from her forehead and side. Vincent and Guy were behind me. A nurse stopped me and the other two and I tried to get past her.

"Sir, you need to stay here," She told me, holding me back.

"She's our friend!" Vincent told her.

"I understand, but the doctors need their space to operate." She told us, "Stay here and someone will update you soon." She left and went through the swinging doors of the emergency operation room. I backed up slightly, breathing heavily.

"Son of a bitch!" Vincent shouted, holding the back of his head.

"She's, she's not going to die," Guy said, and I rubbed my eyes, "She, she can't die," Neither of us could say anything to comfort him. None of us knew jack squat.

Cas...

I watched as everything around me started fritzing in and out of existence. I went back slightly and looked to Jedicia.

"Jed?" I asked, watching as he started fritzing, eyes watering, "No, no," I started going to him, but I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere, "Don't leave me," I reached out then everything was consumed in a black haze, "Jed!" I screamed, and then started breathing shakily as everything around me started coming back, but this time it wasn't even close to recognizable.

I felt air hitting my legs and looked down at myself to see I was in a dress. It was red and only reached to about my knees and my hair was only half held back.

"Son of a bitch," I rolled my eyes as I looked around. I saw there was a small door on the other side of the room and a table with a whiskey glass in the middle of the room. I went to it and there was a tag on the glass.
