Holy shoes.
Halos hindi agad magkandaigi ang ulo ko sa kakalingon mula dito, mula doon nang makapasok kami at kulang nalang mabalian na ako ng leeg. I was totally speechless by the moment we came in, same thing goes with the others.
The place looks very ancient indeed, but what made everything more jaw dropping is what we literally saw inside.
"Heirlooms?"
Tumingin naman sa amin sila Tita Avani nang sabay naming banggitin ang laman ng lugar kung saan kami pumasok. Ngumiti siya at bahagyang tumango bilang sagot.
"So by means of the heart, you meant the heirlooms?"Hue suddenly said and asked her.
If you're curious about what the place looks like, I would rather describe and compare it to a planetarium because of the way the ceiling was built making the architectural design of the place looks round but, very ancient.
It's almost looks like a museum and a hall of fame at the same time, due to the interior.
Tahimik na dinala naman kami ni Tita Avani sa pinakagitna kung saan nakakita kami ng lounge at sabay na pinaupo doon. Despite sitting already, I couldn't still get rid of my eyes towards everything inside.
The place is really round and wide, plus the fact that we're literally surrounded of different heirlooms coming from different families, for sure.
"Ehem."
Agad na bumalik ang atensyon ko kay Tita Avani nang marinig namin siyang tumikhim at ngumiti sa amin nang makita ang mga reaksyon namin sa lugar na 'to. Patago naman akong ngumiwi dahil sa ginawa niya.
She's really getting creepy if she continue doing that. I felt goosebumps when I suddenly think of it.
"This place is considered as the heart of the Alum and it's called, the Hall of Reign. As you can see, we are surrounded with tons of display cases carved with different family surnames. Inside of them are all different kinds of heirlooms belong to the families being protected by the Alum."

"What is the Alum, really?"Biglang singit ko sa usapan at tinanong kung nasaan ba talaga kami.
Tinignan niya naman kaming lahat pagkatapos niyang marinig ang tanong ko.
"The Alum is a well-known underground haven and considered as the top management inside and outside of the business world. Its priority is to handle every single thing with high security to avoid any circumstances that might cause chaos and bring danger to everyone."
"By means of that, it includes protecting each and every member of the family together with the heirlooms within their radius."Tumingin siya agad kay Axe pagkatapos niyang magsalita.
"But why under L.U?"Nagtaka namin kami nang tumawa siya ng mahina.
"The Alum built Luxe University."Sabay-sabay naman kaming napalingon kay Treck nang sagutin niya ang tanong ni Hue.
"What do you mean?"
Tumayo si Treck at sabay na tumingin sa amin.
"Every member of the families under Alum knows this place as all of them are a part of it."Bahagya niyang paliwanag sa amin.
"But why not us? Bakit halos ngayon lang namin nalaman lahat 'to?"
"The 4 of you are all reigning heirs of your families. We can't risk you knowing this place with the Onyx on the move. Your life will be much more in danger. That's the reason why Luxe University was built in the first place, and that is to keep an eye on you without them noticing."
