9:Control

The loud pounding music made my whole head pound. The room was dark with one light source! A Uv light on one wall. All around me were dancing couples. The smell of beer was overwhelming. I met a very beautiful stranger ,her eyes drew me in. I smiled and she returned the gesture. Her eyes were suddenly filled with fear.

"Help me! "she slowly whispers to my ear for anyone to hear.

"please help me! " she half shouts again and before I could say anything a middle aged woman comes and takes her away.

I jerked awake, sweat dripping from my face.i had that dream again.I sat up trembling and tried to even my breathing.

I don't want to wake Katie.

Every time I have that dream, it stops before I could make out what the girl wants from me. I begin to feel it real. But what if it is just a dream.

I hadn't realized I was silently sobbing. Tears were mixing with sweat. Without waking Katie,i went to the bathroom I splashed cold water on my face before sinking to the floor.

The dream was so real but I can't do anything about it...... But what if the girl in my dreams could have something to do with Alexa. I decide to keep being friends with Fidel with the hope of finding out something related to the whereabouts of Alexa.

It had been long since I had prayed and my faith was slowly going down. O decided to pray that night.

Prayer :Heavenly Father, thank you that Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted.i ask you to give me strength and wisdom. Guide me and protect me from future problems and obstacles. In Jesus name. Amen!

I went back to sleep feeling much better and sure enough morning came without having the nightmares again. It was another day and I had a mission.i got ready for school.

Outside the sun blinded me. Though the air held a morning chill, the sparkling grass reflected the sunlight. I could see the budding leaves on surrounding trees.

My phone buzzed. I never had any ringtone lol it just buzzed.

I dug in my bag to fish out my cell phone. It was Sundus calling.

"Mia! I  can't wait to tell you about my date.... He really acted like such a gentleman. We rode in his car to this pretty park and he led me into the woods. He had set up a small picnic... It was perfect! "

I was smiling sheepishly now she was so loud and happy.

"Damnnn girl am so happy for you I hope he won't break your heart.... I'd kill to have someone do that for me. "A memory of Fidel flushed but I ignored it. He doesn't look like a romantic type of a guy anyways.

"Yessss best friend anyways let me call you later okay. "she hung up and I proceeded my way to school.

I see Fidel from a distance with a couple of others. I gather up the courage to go talk to him.

"Hey Fidel "He seems startled at first but he quickly recovers.
"hey beautiful! What's up "he winks

I'm standing in the middle of 5 boys or and am fidgeting holding on to my school bag.

"Well... I need to go see your mom today... I clearly remember she said I could go back to visit. So how about tonight... Dinner?"I could see the uncomfortable look on his face.

"That'll be great Mia... She loves you that means alot to her "he said.
