Part 7

Steve suddenly took her by the waist pushing her up the counter while kissing her until she was breathless. "Steve..." Nat whispered against his lips all anger suddenly disappearing. "You still wish we never fell in love?" Steve asked cockily at her state of breathlessness. "Shut up" she said kissing him again. After a few minutes Steve made a move for her shirt but she pushed his hand away. "The kids asleep?" she asked. "Yeah" he said picking her up and bringing her upstairs. The desire was just too strong and Nat couldn't resist anymore and they made love all night long. The next morning Natasha woke up first and looked at the time. Seeing it was 9 a.m. she poked Steve until he woke up. "Morning sweetheart" Steve said taking the hand she was poking him with and pulling her on top of him. "Steve stop you have to leave before the kids wake up" Nat said trying to roll off of him. "Why?" Steve asked as he kissed her. "Because if they see you here they might think you slept over" Nat said trying her best to ignore his kisses. "So I did sleepover and it's not like its the first time they've seen us in bed together (sleeping) we just have to put on some clothes and everything will be like before with them coming in here and jumping on our bed" Steve said flipping their positions so he was on top of her. Natasha suddenly pushed Steve off of her and stood up covering herself with the sheets the words he said just triggered something in her. "That is exactly the point Steve they will think it's just like before with mommy and daddy living together happily and I don't wanna give them false hopes especially since we both know that's not gonna happen!" she yelled at him. "What do you mean that's not gonna happen I thought we worked things out last night?" he answered back. "Steve we didn't even talk about us last night all we did was fuck each other the only emotion I felt yesterday was anger, anger towards you" she quipped back. "We didn't just fuck Nat we made love and I am willing to talk now we can still fix this" he said getting closer to her. "No Steve there is no fixing this anymore... I'm sorry but you have to go" Natasha said lowly. "Alright I'll go because that's what you want but I promise you I will prove myself to you again I will earn your forgiveness and we will work this out" Steve said taking her hands in his. "Steve...our story is unforgivable we hurt each other so much I don't think there is coming back from this" she said against his lips. "No story is unforgivable I swear on our my life I will win you back" he said kissing her finger that once held 3 rings that symbolized so much for them. "Bye...for now" he said getting his clothes and walking out of her room. As soon as the door shut Nat couldn't handle it anymore and the tears poured out.
