There kneeling before her was her ex-husband with a ring box in his hand with a smile that made her fall in love with him all over again.
"I never really got to give you the proposal I wanted which is ok because the night I proposed was one of the best nights of my life but I wanted my girl to still experience it so here goes. Natasha Romanoff I know without a doubt you are my soulmate, the love of my life, my one true match and even though I have made a lot of mistakes that I'm still working on fixing and earning your forgiveness I really hope you won't retract what you said in the diner and take this ring again and this time really never take it off your finger" Steve said with so much emotion in his voice all the while smiling up at her.

"Steve you know when I say something I really mean it so I would love to wear that ring again and never take it off again" Nat said hugging him as he stood up and put the ring on her finger.
S: "I love you"
N: "That's the first time you said that since our separation"
S: "But I always thought it"
N: "I love you too"

After their moment in Central Park they went home and had a 'private celebration' of their new old relationship. The new happy couple was woken up by Nat's alarm informing them it was time to pick up their kids. They quickly got dressed and picked up their son and daughter. When the two drove up to the school with Steve driving Nat's black stingray corvette saying they turned heads would've been an injustice. The women were either drooling over Steve in a very tight grey shirt or fuming that Nat was holding onto Steve's muscular biceps. The few men were eyeing Nat up and down and giving Steve envious looks.
As they were talking to each other in front of the school a woman came up to them. It took a lot of self-control and Steve holding her back for Nat not to punch the girl. She definitely had some nerve saying what she said.
