She sits at the airport waiting for her boyfriend to come out. She's taken so many pictures and he promised he'd be out at five but it's six and she's tired. She hates waiting for him when he doesn't show up anyways. She gives fans tips by accident just by sitting in an airport and they flood with G Eazy fans that are all disappointed when he doesn't show up. "Hey babe where are you?" She sighs running her fingers through her hair. She sighs slightly looking at the ground. She stands knowing he'll tell her he isn't home. She heads towards the exit.
"I'm so sorry Dylan. I got stuck in LA another night. You should fly out here soon though baby. I wanna show you and our little boy around LA. He'll spend some time out here too it's worth it." She smiles. Her and Gerald are supposed to get married in April she's worried he'll miss the wedding because he's so out of it.
"Okay. Maybe sometime soon me and our baby boy will fly out." She sighs into the phone as does he. He hates that he's made her so upset again but she's starting to wonder why she's even with him. He never tells her anything she never knows where he is or when and it's driving her crazy. She sat down and ate dinner with the nicest man she's ever met in her life and Gerald is still trying to convince her that he's the best. She loves him but at this point it isn't enough to keep her there. She can't keep pretending that this isn't hard for her because she loves him. Regardless he'll be home for Christmas and that's what they're waiting for. When he comes home they get to spend time together and they get to talk to their baby and pick out his name and talk about his nursery. She has a birth plan that Gerald was barely a part of. When he's home he's high or drunk and she can't deal with it.
"Thank you. I'm sorry that I'm not there baby girl I love you." He sighs. She doesn't want to say it back. She misses when he was home when they were trying for a baby. She misses sitting in the audience at his concerts while he's point out at her during his songs. She misses when he used to pull her onstage.
"I love you too. I'll talk to you later." She sighs ending the call and heading out to her car. She just wants to sleep. All she wanted today was to go to bed. She wanted to take a nap but her boyfriend wanted to talk. She wanted to cry but he was supposed to come home. She wanted to stay home but he begged her to pick him up and he wasn't even there. Through all of it she just wants to go and sit on the same curb she sat on yesterday and talk to the gentile homeless man who wanted to listen to her. She wants to listen to the kind man who told her his life's story because she asked. She wants to talk to him because he promised her he'd listen. He was nicer to her in twenty minutes then her boyfriend has been in two and a half years. She's sick of only seeing him when she brings him a beer. She doesn't like that she hasn't seen her boyfriend sober in a year and a half. "Hi baby boy." She whispers while she drives home from the airport. This isn't the first time he's lied to her so she doesn't get too upset. She's been thinking about dumping him for a while but she can't bring herself to do it. She loves him too much to leave him now. She's nervous about him leaving her. He keeps thinking that leaving her behind might help and be beneficial to her but he can't do it. "Hello my love. I'm so excited to meet you." She smiles. "You are gonna keep me and your daddy together. You'll be the reason we spend time in LA and you'll be the reason we convince daddy to stay home."
...
"I don't understand." She mumbles looking at the doctor standing in front of her. Her stomach cramping was intense and she didn't think much of it. She was bleeding aggressively and she couldn't figure out why. Her parents called an ambulance. Her mom rode with her and her dad drove. "I-I don't understand! He was fine this morning! He was moving and kicking. I was talking to him! He was fine!" She growls. Her baby boy is gone after only a few short months together he's gone. She was so excited to have him. All she wanted was to have her baby boy in her arms. She just wanted a friend she wanted someone with her and he's gone now.
"It wasn't anything that you did. It just happens sometimes. There's nothing anyone could've done about it." The nurse holds her hand to try and offer her some support in her time of need.
"I'm gonna call Gerald and let him know." Her mom nods.
"Don't! Don't. He doesn't need to know yet. The baby is the only reason he still talks to me." She sighs. They all look at her. She sits exposed in the middle of a hospital room all she wants is for her boyfriend to be next to her holding her hand and telling her that everything will be alright. She just wants him to be here to experience this with her. "I'll call him. He should hear it from me." She sighs looking at her even smaller stomach. She sighs gently touching where her son used to be. She misses feeling his little movements. She wants to have the little things she used to pretended were kisses. She's upset that she won't ever get to meet him. "I'm so sorry baby boy."
