"Do you have a photo shoot?" He mumbles taking the bags from the bellhop. Her head shakes and she gives him a smile. "What are we doing here?" He chuckles.
"I wanted some alone time, no distractions just me and the love of my life." She pulls him down on top of her. He has three weeks left until he needs to leave and this is the first time she's even relatively looked okay. He presses his lips onto hers. "I love you." She smiles.
"I love you more." He hums kissing her neck.
"Sorry didn't mean to interrupt!" A flustered lady mumbles as she brings in a cart full of drinks.
"We didn't order anything?" Dylan's mumbles pulling her boyfriend off of her. She hates most hotels for this reason. She usually gives very specific instructions but when she was planning this she forgot. She was so excited to get her boyfriend out of the city so that they could do whatever they wanted without distraction she forgot that the hotel staff will bring her things and barge into their room unexpectedly. They always end up adding it to their bill total plus whatever tip they want for themselves because Dylan's to afraid to argue. It's hotel gossip everywhere but she leaves the biggest tips for the people who don't bother her.
"Complimentary from the hotel." She nods leaving the cart and walking towards the door. Shawn stands kissing her once more and grabbing his room key.
"I won't be ten minutes." He nods and she groans. "I know babe I know." He sighs kissing her temple. She's been interrupted in the shower hotel staff have been caught in the room while they're asleep looking for anything that they could sell or use to blackmail them. She hates it when they do stuff like that it makes her nervous and it ruins her trips. The amount of times she's given hotel workers thousands of dollars to keep their mouths shut is ridiculous. She got into a lawsuit with one because she refused to pay four hundred thousand dollars for a room that was only supposed to be a hundred a night. "I'm back." He hums pressing his lips against hers.
"I'm changing hotels. This one was only decent I want the best for my baby." She smiles kissing him again.
"I told them we are going to cancel our room here." He smiles and she giggles pulling him in close. He knows her so well. She doesn't know what she's going to do when she doesn't have him to do all of the confrontations. She knows Damn well that she will never be as good as he is. He always gets his point across but she can never manage. He just knows how to deal with people better than she does. He saves her from awkward interviews without giving any care to the fact that he marched onto the stage in the middle of it. He saves her from all of her wardrobe malfunctions that could've happened but didn't because he fixes it before she goes on. He makes sure she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't want to.
"You're the best! I love you so much." She smiles pulling him in closer. He smiles kissing her neck and looking at the bags.
"I'll get the bags, you find a new hotel." He smiles and she rolls her eyes. He knows that hotels are practically her superpower. She knows where every single hotel in the city is and where the best ones are. They're currently staying in a regular hotel but her parents have one not to far away. Because Dylan is a partial owner of her parents' company she can walk in her her room and they will never be bothered.
"There's a Black and White hotel a couple of blocks away. My mom will be thrilled to hear that we're in their hotel." Her eyes roll. Her parents don't know where they're staying but they get notified every time Dylan checks into one of their buildings. She finds it annoying but her mother says it's to make sure that they know how their baby girl is doing at all times. They have at least one hotel in each city that Dylan's ever visited and they always build them in the most ideal parts of the city so that Dylan's more inclined to stay there.
"It's okay, she won't come and attack you. She's your mom babe let her know where you are and that you're safe." He plants his lips on her head and smiles. "Let's go down love, they were not very happy with me." He grabs their single bag and Dylan's electronics bag as well they didn't have time to do anything else.
"Oh that famous brat canceled her room through her assistant." She listens to one of the ladies at the front desk. Shawn offers to go over but she refuses marching towards the desk. "I know I thought all of her assistants were girls too!"
"They are," she smiles bitterly. "That's my fiancé." She retorts pulling him closer.
"Ten more minutes in here," she shakes her head softly. "We could've made a lot of money off of that video."
"My total is two hundred dollars I'll pay with my credit card, now get me the hell out of this trash chute." She spits. Shawn grabs her hand kissing her temple. She calms slightly but it doesn't do much. "I knew we shouldn't have gone to a hotel rated less than five stars." She mumbles and the lady rolls her eyes starting the machine so that Dylan can leave.
"We are rated five stars,"
"Last time I checked it was three but I thought I could give it a chance." Shawn's worries about what may happen if these people get angry enough. Dylan has a reputation, he's okay doing all of the confrontations and saving her from the awkward interviews because he can. No one knows anything about him.
"Take a walk." He whispers to her and she scowls up at him. "Take a walk Dylan I'll finish this." She grabs the bags and shoved them in the back of her Tesla. "She might be afraid to say things to you but I'm not."
...
He smiles with her on his knee. The restaurants around her parents hotel are much better than the ones around the old one. "That's mine." Shawn whines and she smiles feeding him a piece of her food. He can almost picture them having kids and having their little ones sitting around the table eating off of his plate too. That's all he wants in his life. He just wants to watch their kids pick food off of their dads plate because they don't like their food as much. He wants to watch them giggle and cuddle their mama and play with toys and steal his food from his plate because their mama told them it tastes better. He wants to watch her hold one of their kids on her lap while he holds the other. Maybe they'll have more kids who knows their plan has always been two but three is goo with him. He's have thirty kids with Dylan if she wanted it.
"Yours tastes better!" She chuckles planting a kiss against his lips. He's never seen her more on edge then she was after that terrible encounter with the hotel staff. She's much happier in her parents' hotel. She knows all of the staff she does a lot of the interviews for them especially because half the time she has nothing better to do and her parents want her to be a big part of the company.
"So you've said, four times now." He rolls his eyes and she smiles.
"I love you, so much. God we're getting married." She smiles pushing his hair out of his face. His eyes glow while he looks up at her and his smile sparkles like the sun. She loves the glow in his eyes and the sweet look on his face. Everyone knows he loves her just by the way he looks at her. She can't wait for him to meet her brother he'll know right away that he's the one and he will fall in love with her fiancé just as much as her.
"Did you forget?" He laughs and she rolls her eyes. He kisses her collarbone and smiles at the people trying to peak through the windows. They all want her picture but they know that she'll take them so they attempt to give her privacy for her dinner.
"I could never forget, I'm just still in shock." She looks down at her finger and smiles. "Remember the first ring?" She slips her hand over his. He smiles kissing her temple. "And now this one, and in a few more years there's gonna be another ring!" She eats another bite of his food and he rolls his eyes.
"I'm gonna get you such a beautiful ring my love. It's going to be perfect, even if I spend the rest of my life paying it off I will buy you the more beautiful ring." He kisses her shoulder softly. "And if I can't find one then I'll get you a ring pop, a blue one! And I'll make sure that it's blue."
