May 3rd // two years together
"Did you do your injection babe?" He hums looking at the needle on the bathroom counter. "Come on baby it's not that bad." He smiles lifting the needle. He distracts her with kisses giving her the injection that she complains about everyday. "There, all done!" He smiles lining her curves with kisses. She adores the soft feelings of his lips against her skin.
"This is so much work!" She groans walking towards the bed. He continues to line her body with kisses regardless. "I wish we could just have a baby already!" She whines looking at her stomach. "I want to feel the kicking!" They've already lost another baby bringing them to two too many lost.
"I know you do bubba but we'll have one somehow I promise!" He smiles kissing her softly. "Happy two years my love!" He hums rubbing his nose against hers. She smiles as well.
"Happy anniversary bubba!" She giggles. Two years
together is one of her greatest accomplishments. She thought for sure he would run away and she'd lose him forever. "My friends send you presents." She giggles pressing her lips against his. It only lasts a short moment before he pulls away."Why would your friends send me presents?" He whines. She offers a smile as her only response leading him to the kitchen where she set all of them up.
"They're all thank you gifts for staying with me for two years and making me so happy! I read a couple of the cards." She giggles. "Come on! Look at them!" She smiles. Her friends always send what she calls little gifts. He gets them too sometimes and he hates her friends a little more every time he does. He gets gifts that cost more than he could possibly make in a year.
"Dylan," he sits in complete shock looking at the small box in front of him. "Dylan send this one back! Who the hell sent," he stops turning to face her.
"I know how much you love cars, so I thought maybe I would get you one!" She giggles looking at the keys. "Come on look at it!" She giggles bringing him out to the driveway where his brand new sleek white Tesla awaits. "I got a matching one!" She giggles looking at her pastel pink Tesla.
"I-I don't want it." He goes pale and he looks so nervous.
"Just, drive it okay. Drive to our anniversary shoot?" She nods and he nods as well.
"There's like a million dollars worth of gifts sitting on our table right now and you bought me a 50 thousand dollar car?" He stares at her shy look.
"I-it's not that big a deal. I-I'll return it if you really don't want it I just thought," suddenly she looks more nervous than him. He gives her things like a dining room table made by hand because she never had one and somehow she looks more nervous about giving him the car than he ever has giving her his arts and crafts style gifts. She's always loved his presents their simple and sweet and she finds it extremely humbling and kind to know that her boyfriend won't do everything he can to buy her the most expensive thing he could purchase.
"Babe it's beautiful. It's just, a lot of money?" He mumbles. "It's not worth spending so much on me." He stares in awe.
"I-I think it is. You gave me my smile back darling. I can't tell you enough how much that means to me and there's nothing in this world money could buy to even help me repay even a fraction of what you do for me." She presses a kiss against his lips.
"You know I would've much preferred if you'd bought me a neon blue Lamborghini but I guess it's okay." He shrugs and Dylan grabs her phone.
"I will have one sitting on the driveway in one hour if you want it." She looks worried but he laughs. He can't stop himself from laughing.
