When Worlds Meet (A Shadowhunters and Harry Potter Crossover)

Jaime POV

I woke up this morning and looked up at the ceiling thinking about how today could go. I'm excited and nervous why I'm nervous I honestly don't know, so I got up and took a shower and got ready. When I was done I went into the living room and found Alec cleaning his bow, he looks up and says good morning and says Jace is still asleep. So I go and bang on his door to wake him up. He opens the door and gives me the 'really' look so I just smile and say get ready. While he gets ready I go and sit on the couch when there's a knock on the door, Alec and I look at each other and have a silent conversation of you get it, so as usual I open the door. As soon as I open it I see Hodge standing there so I told him to come in. We go sit on the couch and he says he wants to talk to us but we have to wait for Jace to come out. After 15 minutes he finally comes out.

Hodge POV

When Jace finally comes out I tell them that they should be careful when they go back and be cautious of any information they give them. They all agree and after that I ask if I can speak with Jaime alone. We walk to my office and I close the door I tell her to sit and I sit on the edge of my desk facing her I tell her that after thinking more last night that she should be cautious with what she agrees to whem it comes to that Dumbledore wizard, and to really think about the meaning of things when he says them.

Jaime POV

As soon as Hodge finnishes I tell him that I agree with him and that I'd be careful when that was finished I asked him if it would be possible to bring them here just to show them around. I see that he's hesitant to agree so I ask if he'll think about and let me know tonight, when he says yes I smile and stand up and walk up to him I get a little brave and give him a hug wrapping my arms around his neck and I feel his arms go around my waist with no hesitation I smile at that. When I end the hug I tell say see you later tonight and walk out to the boys so we can head out. When I find them I ask if they are ready and create the portal to go. We end up in the living room of 12 Grimuald place and find my godfather and Sirius drinking coffee. They see us and smile right away. After all the good mornings I ask where everyone else is at they said still sleeping. So we make ourselves comfortable and wait for the others. I ask them what we are doing today and they say we are going to Diagon alley, where I will be getting a wand. I look at them and ask why I need a wand when I have my stele. Remus says it will let me cast spells and that every witch and wizard has one, to my sides I see the boys trying not to laugh, it's still surprising that I'm a witch when I never really knew.  After about 30 minutes the rest of the house memebers finally get up. When I see Harry I give him a hug which he returns and say good morning to Ron, but when I do I see the Hermione girl glare at me I really wonder why we just met and her glare is the equivalent of a bunny rabbit I think. When eveyone is situated we get ready to aperate to the entrace of the alley place, Sirius is coming with us in dog form which causes Mrs.Weasley some uneasy feelings seeing as he is still wanted. Once we get there Remus taps bricks with his wand and they shuffle and all of a sudden there is a whole place filled with stores and people. Whem we step through we head to the Wizard bank to get some money. When we walk through the doors there are goblin workers everywhere. When we get to the desk the goblin asks if we have our keys Harry and Mrs.Weasley have theres me and the boys just look confused until Remus pulls out a little gold key that he says belongs to me seeing as it was my parents vault which comes as a surprise to me. As we ride the roller coaster thing I see the boys look uneasy and tease them about it they look at me unamused. When we get to my familys vault I go to put the key in with the boys right beind me whem it opened it was full with all kinds of coins and some shadowhunter weapons. After I fill a bag with the money we head out and find the others. When we  caught up with everyone else Remus takes me and the boys to the wand shop which I'm actually a little nervous about. When we get in there the shop owner greets us excitedly and aks if we are here for a replacement wand. I tell him no and that I just found out that I was a witch and introduced myself. When I say my last name he asks if my father was the twin of my uncle James when I say yes he says he remembers him. Olivander then came back with a box and pulled out the wand handes it to me and said give it wave as soon as I did the papers on the desk flew every where apologizing I gave it back to him, he ahrugs and pulls out another wand but this one feels worse than the other one and when I wave it the window busts. After about eight more wrong wands he looks at me and says I'm a tough customer. After about ten minutes he comes back with another box and pulls out a black sleek wand that looks like it has the rune of the angel on it when he hands it to me it feels just right like when I use my whip in a fight when I wave it everything that was broken was fixed and it felt like a slight breeze brushed my hair back. Olivander says that this wand has been in his shop since his father owned and that no other witch or wizard have been able to do anything with wand that nothing happened when they tried it. He said that not even he knew what the wand was made of, just that it rivals some elder wand in power and will only answer to me when casting spells, he also said the story behind the wand is that whoever poseses it is destined for great things and that the wand chooses the wizard. We thank him and I pay for the wand. When we get outside I ask the guys what they think. Remus smiles and says that he knows I can do great things and the wand itself radiates a kind of power which he finds interesting, the notes day cool and took a while, Sirius on dog form just barks and wags his tail excitedly. When we meet up with others again we go to the ice cream shop and talk. I sit with Harry his two friends and the boys. As we eat our ice cream Harry asks me if I'll be coming to Hogwarts I tell him I honestly don't know because I have responsibilities back home. Then Hermione in a snotty voice tells me that I can't do magic or use my wand if I don't go to school. I tell her yes I can because I am 17 about to be 18 and the law states I have to have common knowledge of the basics of magic and I would be fine. She huffs and gets up to go to the bathroom. Harry amd Ron look at me shocked that I knew that so I explained to them Remus gave me some books and I learned and read about all that stuff. When we are done we head back to 12 grimuald place where Mrs.Weasley asks us to stay for dinner so we say yes and I ask her if she needs any help but she says no. So the rest of us go into the living and talk. As we sit down Harry asks if he could see my wand I say sure and hand it to him he looks at it and says it's a nice wand. Then he asks if he can see our weapons. As I look around I see eveyone else nod in agreement so I explain to them that like choosing a wand its about the feel and how the weapon moves with you. Alec shows them his bow and arrow, then Jace shows them his sereph blade lastly I show them my braclet that turns into my whip/spear, when I do Harry and if he can hold it, chuckling I say ok and hand it to him. I ask him how it feels and he says awkward. When dinner is ready we head to the kitchen where we see Dumbledore had arrived. Sitting down I can't help but feel a weird vibe coming from Dumbledore. When we are all situated Dumbledore stands up and asks me if I thought about coming to Hogwarts yet, I can't help but see a twinkle in his eye that feels off. I tell him I have thought about it but I still need to continue to do so, as I said that he looks agitated but that looks disappeared quickly I wonder if anyone else saw it. After dinner is done we than Mrs.Weasley and she asks if we are coming back tomorrow I am if thats ok and she says it's fine, so I say yes and we say goodnight to everyone and step through the portal back to the Institute.
