Katie:
Katie had skipped school that day, not realizing that it would be the fatal mistake that would cost her the life that she cherished so much. She jogged up the steps to Zoey's house, hoping that she hadn't left for school yet, she was going to give her a ride.
"I smell teenaged blood, aged just perfectly," a voice said and Katie pressed against the wall.
A group of three cloaked figures emerged from the side of the house.
"Zoey?" Katie asked.
"No, dear, we are the ones that will end this so called Zoey," one of the cloaked figures said, stepping onto the porch. It pulled its hood off and long dark hair fell around its shoulders. Katie was awed by how beautiful the woman was, everything was sheer perfection, even the sharp fangs that she had.
"Who is this one dux ducis?" One of the figures asked.
"She is one of the friends of young Zoey," the beautiful woman said, turning back to Katie, "but no longer...she is but a mere shell now."
The woman's fangs grew out even longer and she grabbed Katie by the neck, pulling her close. Katie was still in too much awe to even argue as the woman's fangs sank into her neck, and began to drain her of blood.
When the woman was done, she dragged Katie's corpse along with her. The beautiful woman, known as Kakeru to most, knew that one by one, she'd kill Zoey's friends and make her strength weaker until she finally had her beaten down...
