The Final Selection

On the way to the mountain, you came across beautiful flowers that were purple and hung from trees, Wisteria flowers, able to ward away demons. As the steps were in sight, you started to walk up the long flight to the top. At the top there were a group of about 25 people, all with different clothes, scars and sword handles all placed at different places on the body. 2 twins, 1 white hair and black hair were standing next to 2 standing poles (I don't know what they're called)

"Hello everyone" they said in unison "we thank you for coming here tonight. To the Demon Slayer Corp's Final Selection"

"There are demons imprisoned here on Fujikasane Mountain, captured alive by Demon Slayer swordsmen, unable to leave" the white hair one said

"That is because wisteria, which demons hate so much, blooms year-round from the bottom to halfway up the mountain" the black hair one said

"However, there is no wisteria from this point on, and so demons abound"

"You'll need to survive here for seven days to pass the final selection"

"And now, be on your way" both of them finished off their speech, and from this point on, it is all up to you.

It started at the break of dawn, where you spent the whole day finding an appropriate place to get as much rest as possible (as you kind of, skipped your sleeping time), when the sun sets underneath the horizon, that is when the final selection truly began.

The darkness was setting in, you were hidden underneath some leaves, sleeping off your issues (quite literally), until the sound of rustling leaves brushed past your ear, your eyes opened, you learned how to be a light sleeper so that you can wake up more easily when in dire situations. A demon jumped out of the bushes, trying to claw off your face, you rolled out of the way and at inhuman speeds you drew your sword, cutting the demon diagonally from its waist to shoulder at the same time, bringing the sword back you decapitated the demon surely killing it.

Now being more aware of your surroundings and now that it is nighttime you were a little bit more on edge. Now wasn't a good time to be standing around, now with your sleep and now energized (batteries) body, you ran around trying to survive for as long as possible.

For hours you were just running, passing past various obstacles and encountering the typical demon every now and then, until... trudge* trudge*, that sound filled your ears, it wasn't a small or average sized demon, that was the sound of a very large demon, your senses were going off, it was definitely a large demon. Then a large looming shadow covered you, you hid behind trees, seeing the very large, green demon slowly trudge past, it seemed to have arms and hands (Kira would like to know your location DIO) covering its whole body.

"Uro...ko... daki" it moaned the name of your teacher

'How does he know?' those thoughts filled your mind, as you peaked again all you saw though was a hand charging in your direction, you didn't have time to block so you tried to move out of the way, it didn't grab you but it hit you very hard on the head, dazing you as the force was very strong.

"FOUND YOU!!" it yelled sending menacing (ゴゴゴゴゴ), it sent another hand to grab you, this time it succeeded, it wrapped its grotesque fingers around you, it brought you near its face. "Hmph, no warding mask, not a student of Urokodaki, oh well" it opened its mouth.

'Is this really it, I really did overestimate myself, I'm sorry sensei' you closed your eyes and braced for death, until slice*, the weight of the hand loosened, as you saw someone cutting the arm saving your life, the demon then drew its attention to that person, it grabbed him instead, you took this opportunity to run, but you stopped. You looked back and saw him struggling, you couldn't leave him for dead, you wouldn't be anything more than a coward, you didn't know how you were going to save him, you grasp the place where you hit your head and saw blood.
