"He's a dude I met in Seattle" he responded, he was all cold now

"You'd better tell me a little more because I got fucking stabbed and almost raped by a disgusting guy for him" I frowned

"You did that for me, not for him, and I'm sorry" he didn't even look at me when he said that.

"Lucas, know what? Fuck off! Sorry is the best you can come up with? What the fuck?! I'm getting out if here stop the car!"

"You don't understand, I'm trying to protect you!" He yelled

"I'm not sweet and I'm sorry to break it to you but drugs, guys, alcohol, darkness and subways were in my world long before they were in yours, so stop saying you're protecting me cause there is nothing you can protect me of! Now if you would just tell me what are you so mad or terrified about?!" I yelled back

"I miss lead them" he suddenly said

"The mafia, I miss lead the mafia, I lied, I told them Malcom is in the west coast" he grabbed his head, we were stuck in traffic.

"Lucas what? Why? What does Malcom have on you?" He was in deep trouble, you never mess with the mafia.

I was so worried.

"I can't tell Maya, I just know I'm going to get my arms ripped off by the guy" he was really scared and a tear went down his cheek.

"Do you know where he is?" I asked and he nodded

"Then tell them"

"I can't"

"Why not?" I asked

"It's complicated. You know Malcom , you've seen him at the party, the one you left with Sam"

"You guys seemed to be friends" I pointed

"We're not, we were just pretending"

"What does he have on you?" I asked once again

"I owe him"

"Money?" He nodded "how much? I can ask Riley"

"20,000 dollars" he was officially crying

"What?! What did you spend that much money on?"

"It was a bet, he told me I had to fuck Britney three times and show proof in two days"

"Three times in two days? It's not a big deal! How did you lost?" It didn't seem something Lucas friar couldn't do

"That's what I thought, but she left the weekend with her parents, Malcom already knew and I still owe him"

"But that's cheating!!!" We were still stuck in traffic.

"What? How?" He asked

"Where from?" He asked again

"I forced my father to send them to me when my mother died"

"Maya I can't accept it"

"You can and you will, and I can ask Riley and Farkle, Farkle has a lot of money and he likes you"

"You make it sound so easy" he half smiled

"It will be, you'll see" I smiled back and kissed him
