Here it is guys! My first finished and completed fan fiction! But don't worry, there is always more to come. If you feel like you are ready to dive right in, feel free to skip this introduction and head into the story. However, this chapter has some important information. If you do want to read this intro, but you know how a reader insert story works, you may skip to the second sentence of bold text.
What is a reader insert fan fiction?
I'm glad you asked. Most reader insert fan fictions don't normally explain themselves, because it often gets very repetitive. However, for you new buddies, I am here to help! A reader insert fan fiction is one of the best ways to be able to put yourself into your favorite stories. Authors all over the world rewrite stories so that the reader (you) can be a part of it. Authors will often have one of the main characters fall in love with the reader as well. Most of these stories are lighthearted, with a few incidents along the way, while others can get quite dark. This particular fan fiction is on the lighthearted side. Within these types of stories, you will find a character named (Y/N), which is you. The Y stand for your, and the N stands for name. So, as you read this story, and other reader insert fan fictions, just substitute (Y/N) for your own name. Authors will also sometimes incorporate other things for the character, such as favorite song or favorite food, and most of the time they will show what the abbreviations of those are at the beginning of the story.
What is this story about?
This Descendants fan fiction series describes in first person the experience (Y/N) has with the VKs and her friends within the movies. Not everything is meant to be explained within one book alone, because the story does overlap throughout the series. Read how (Y/N) finds secrets within the VKs and herself, and how she learns what it's really like to be a villain kid.
What's with all the videos and pictures?
While you are reading this story, you will find that there are some videos and pictures put in certain part of the book. To get the whole affect of the book, you will need to watch any videos exactly where they appear. I have incorporated these visuals so that you may have a more in depth experience, and have a lot of fun reading this book. You are free to watch or look at these visuals out of order, but you will not get the original affect of the book.

Yeah, sorry I've held you so long, but there is one more thing. At the end of this fan fiction, there is a chapter called The End. It gives you a map of Auradon as well as some other pictures too. That back chapter also has all of the outfits that appear within the book, so you may want to look at that before you start reading, The map and pictures are there for you to look at throughout the fan fiction, so that if you are confused, you can get a better picture as to what is going on.
