Pilot

Arielle and Jade entered the classroom, deep in conversation until they spotted a brunette girl clinging to Beck.

"Dude, why are you all over my boyfriend?" Jade exclaimed.

"My coffee," Arielle chimed in simultaneously.

"I'm sorry, I just—" the girl began, but Jade cut her off.

"Get away from him," the raven-haired girl insisted.

"Calm down, babe," Beck said, kissing Jade's cheek. "What about me? Should I get violent to get a kiss too?" Arielle teased as Beck planted a kiss on her cheek. "You just have to be yourself," he smiled.

Suddenly, the door burst open and Sikowitz rushed in. "Fire!" he yelled, causing everyone except Arielle to panic. "Just kidding! I wanted to see if I could get your blood boiling," he chuckled. The class settled back into their seats as Arielle sat between Cat's legs, allowing Cat to braid her hair.

"First, let me introduce our new student, Tori, and thank her for her generous gift of two dollars," Sikowitz announced, nodding at Tori.

"Do you think they like each other more than me?" Arielle mused as Cat finished the braid, resting her head on Cat's lap. Before Cat could respond, Jade called their names; they were about to participate in an improvisation challenge.

"Let's give them a setting," Sikowitz suggested before Robbie spoke up.

"Home," he suggested, and Sikowitz noted it down.

"Wow, real creative," Rex quipped, earning a rebuke from Robbie's puppet. "Is anyone else worried about that boy?" Arielle asked, glancing at Robbie.

"Now, we need a situation," Sikowitz prompted, scanning the class.

"Big news," Andre announced from the crowd.

"No one wants to see big nudes," Sikowitz fretted.

"He said news, Sikowitz," Arielle corrected him.

"You can wait outside," Jade directed Tori, who promptly left.

"Action!" Sikowitz declared, positioning himself in the crowd.

"Hey babe, how was work?" Jade inquired, turning to Arielle.

"I got fired," Arielle replied sadly.

"Again?" Cat interjected.

"Don't worry, I have great news to cheer everyone up. I went to the animal shelter and got us a dog," Jade announced, ushering Tori back into the room.

"Yep, I'm the new family dog. Woof," Tori said awkwardly.

"I didn't know dogs could talk," Arielle remarked, glancing at Sikowitz.

"I'm sorry, I was sucking the milk out of this coconut, but Arielle is right. If you're playing a dog, you have to be the dog," Sikowitz explained. Tori got on all fours as Jade called out, "Action!"

"I went to the animal shelter and got us a dog," Jade repeated her previous line.

"Wow," Cat said, petting Tori's head. "Looks like this dog has bugs in its fur," Jade remarked, prompting Cat and Eli to move away.
