Peter was just an ordinary kid. Fatter then usual but completely original. He attended school, got bullied and never thought anything good would come to him. I mean he never had a father it was just him and his mother. Not that they cared they had each other. Peter liked it better that way anyway he was the man of the house. It made him feel special in a way. But what happened next was something he didn't expect.
"PETER!" His mother called but before she could tell him to get up and dressed he came downstairs.
"And get dressed I know I am."
"Ok here's the key" she said pushing a key at him that he took.
"Go to the mail office and check if there is mail then straight to school." She said leaving the room.
Peter set off to check the mail he had to take it to school with him once he had it because home was to far to go back. School was pretty much the same as every other day. Go there, got bullied and teased all day as well as do work you hate and start the long, lonely walk home again.
When he got back he gave the mail to his mother all but one that was addressed to him. Slowly he opened it and read it.

"Mum!" He got her attention by the amazement in his voice.
"I'm going to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry."
A/N Ok I know this is shortest chapter from so far but I have other ideas for things that happened here that will be introduced later when we meet the characters. The chapters will be longer when they get to Hogwarts.
