Remus

He looked at the sky. It had a feeling to it, not a negative one but rather one he couldn't describe. It was a feeling of relaxation and relief but was also a feeling of comfort. Something he didn't feel often. Remus led a life that no body else he knew did. His mother and father kept him isolated and never let him talk to anyone. They would do anything for him. They lost contact with their families for him, they moved and left everything they had behind, they left behind everything they knew for him. Their lives, their family and friends, their everything. Gone. The more he thought and the more he let the thoughts come the more he blamed himself. Tears started melt across his eyes.

"REMUS! LYALL! DINNER!" His mother called from the kitchen. His mother was a muggle and never failed to put dinner on the table for the three of them. She didn't have a job but she did stay back to look after Remus and to look after the house while his father was at work. Remus's father worked for the ministry of magic and was a wizard himself. When they were all at the table everyone sat down, talked and ate.

"So Remus think you can do the spell yet?" Lyall questioned.

"I'm- I'm not sure dad. I-I think I can." The 11 year old replied to his father.

"That's my boy!" He replied with the proudness in his voice that Remus loves to hear. Then his father left the table to answer the phone in the other room. Remus and his mother sat and ate dinner while they waited for his return. When his father returned he seemed in a hurry.

"I'm sorry Remus we can't do the spell test today" he said hurrying past young Remus.

"What's wrong Lyall dear?" His mother questioned.

"Ugh the ministry had an issue and want want me to come in. Don't worry Hope I'll be back by morning." He said grabbing his jacket and kissing his mother on the forehead before turning to Remus.

"Again I'm sorry buddy maybe tomorrow night" he said turning away and walking out the door.

Remus sat at the table picking at his food from there on. Home didn't feel like home when his father got called into work.

"Come on honey time for bed this isn't doing you any well" she said taking his dinner away and sending him up stairs. Remus got changed slowly into his pajamas. He looked out his window before bed. His attention went straight to the moon that was in its second phase which was first quarter. He sighed and got into bed. He tossed, turned and layed there staring at the roof. Slowly with time his eyes felt heavy and started to weigh his eyelids down. Eventually the roof faded to black and was gone.

This is the new book I'm writing about the marauders but mainly Sirius X Remus BECAUSE GAYNESS. Sorry but  I've made the realisation that there aren't as many as I need.  When they get to hogwarts the chapters will get longer.
