Respect

It felt like he had just gone to sleep when he woke up. It was six o'clock which proved his thought wrong. He was an early riser he always had been even since he was little. He knew this because his father would yell at him and ask why can't he wake up at a normal hour and to him this was a normal hour. He got up and changed into his robes only to find he still had over an hour left. At first he wondered what time the others would be up but then he closed the curtains of his bed and pulled out his wand.

"Lumos" he whispered as enough light came from his wand to read with but not enough that it would wake the others. He thought he heard one of them get up at one stage but never bothered to check. A little later on he heard talking right before James woke everyone up or he tried to. He ripped open the curtains on Remus's bed and flopped on screaming.

"Good morning Remus!" James screamed in an attempt to scare him but Remus predict it coming.

"James you will have to try a little harder then that."

"Damn. Peter that should of worked." He was now sitting on Remus's bed.

"Looks like Sirius isn't much of a morning person" Remus gestured over to Sirius as he said it. Sirius was laying on his side with a pillow over his head. James got up and grabbed his pillow and hit Sirius with it and soon enough they all joined in. Sirius however just burred deeper in his bed.

"Right that's it." James said Pulling the blankets back one at a time shouting get up louder with each one. Sirius continued to lay there until Remus grabbed his ankles and pulling him to the floor.

"Hey!" No! I wanna sleep!" He screamed getting off the floor as the other three laughed.

"No back to bed for you. Notice how us three are dressed? Yeah that's something you better do as we have to head to breakfast in like ten minutes." James said folding his arms.

"Ugh ok mum!" Sirius replied his voice full of sarcasm. Eventually after Sirius had made a million excuses on why he doesn't want to get dressed while getting dressed he was finally ready.

"Right come on get up you lot" Sirius said turning to us.

"Your one to talk it's only seven forty five and we have staved to death." James said getting off the floor where he sat. Remus closed his book and got of his bed nearly stepping on Peter because he didn't know he was there. They all joked and laughed down the stairs. When they pushed the great hall doors open they were able to classify what table was what house and went over and joined Gryiffndor they were only there for five minutes when the head boy of Gryiffndor came over to them.

"Excuse me your Remus Lupin right?" He asked pointing at Remus.

"Yeah why?"

"Finally found you. Can you please come with me Professor Mcgonagall had been looking for you all morning." Remus had no idea why she wanted him but he had a hunch his only hopes were that he was wrong. He stood up and followed him when they got to her office the head boy knocked and left.

"Come in!" She shouted from inside. Remus pushed the door open and went in.

"Mr Lupin! Close the door and come we need to have a chat." He stepped in and closed the door behind him and walked to her desk. Professor Mcgonagall gestured to a chair and he took a seat just as another lady came through the door closing it behind her.

"Thank you for coming. Remus this is Madem Pomfrey."

"pleasure to meet you ma'am."

"Pleasure to meet you to dear." Professor Mcgonagall then spoke up.

"We just wanted to talk to you about your condition." Remus felt his body tense at her words and they must have noticed.

"Don't worry Remus we don't want to make this any harder then it is for you." Mcgonagall said.
