she dreams of love and for love
everything she touches, she loves
everyone and everything
she loves everyone she meets
no matter how they treat her
her heart opens and she keeps them inside to stay warm
and if someone hurts her
the space for them in her heart starts to loosen
but she never lets them escape
you see
she'd rather be in pain than to hear someone not be loved
no matter how much it hurts her
she will continue to love them in some way or another
and she loves everything she ever owns
as it holds a memory she won't ever forget
and even if the memory hurts her
she won't ever stop loving what came of it
what a tragic thing
when she realises that the reason why she loves everyone and everything
is because she has hope that one day
at least something will love her back
