- Once Johnny came back to the Curtis house and everyone suddenly jumped up and screamed "SURPRISE!" (except Dally) he literally gAsPed really loud
- And he got emotional ;c
- He hates being the centre of attention (Same, Johnny, same.)
- Ponyboy treated him with a birthday dinner and they hang out with Dally for a bit
- Dal gives some really bad life lessons about his age and Johnny takes it to heart lmao
- Two-bit stole something really expensive for him
- Steve just makes the same joke every year about him getting a new baby blanket and a teddy bear or a new denim jacket (wtf he's not THAT soft-)
- Oh, and there is a TON of cake
- Obviously which Darry made
- Sodapop would buy him a ton of coke
- *For everyone
- Every year on EVERYONE'S birthday, Darry just envelopes them in a big bear hug and tells them something heartwarming
- And nobody knows why xD (He's the dad figure-)
