Chapter 35

*Wendy's P.O.V*

I regret everything, this death vehicle was too much for me! I felt like barfing and Ilda was right next to me, "It's gonna be okay Wendy. Only 3 more hours to go," I felt like barfing more. (A/N I don't know how long the train ride is to Hosu, so if someone could tell me it would be much appreciated.)

I looked out the window and saw something. I tried to get a closer look but it was gone, I turned to tell Ilda what just happened but the train had become pretty bumpy, making my face turn green. I held my hand to my mouth to prevent myself from barfing. I relaxed in my chair, I'll tell him later I thought, choosing to fall asleep to stop my motion sickness.

*DREAM STARTING*

I was with Fairy Tail, laughing with Romeo. Natsu ran up to us "Hey Romeo, Wendy, we got a new job wanna come?" I laughed and nodded. It had been a long time since I took a job with team Natsu and Romeo. I turned to Carla who seemed to be talking with Lisanna. "Carla, I'm going on a job with Natsu, are you coming?" She nodded and smiled at me.

This felt so perfect, my family was here, Carla was with me, and we were together. I smiled, this felt like a dream. I walked back to Fairy Hills and got my stuff I waited for them and once they were all ready they turned back to me with a smile.

"Let's go, Wendy," a grinning Romeo said. I turned to look at who was coming with us, Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Happy, Erza, and Romeo. They were all smiling and waiting to see if I took Romeo's hand.

This seemed too perfect, I knew it was a dream and that I was being selfish if I took his hand. I looked at his hand, why couldn't I be selfish just this one time, I had done many things but they never seemed to be enough, I just wanted to rest. All I ever wanted to do was be a bit selfish, just selfish enough to live peacefully. Deep inside though I knew I couldn't, I looked at Romeo and teared up a bit.

"Just wait a little longer Fairy Tail, I will be back. Just not as soon as I promised." their faces seemed to turn sad, I turned to Romeo "We understand Wendy, but please don't forget Fairy Tail will always have a place for you, because" he sniffled but managed a smile, "we're family" I nodded as everything became blurry. I was waking up. I looked at all of them, "Wendy, make sure to be happy while your there, I'll find you and protect you as you did to me because love is way stronger than anything"

I turned around and saw her, Shelia. My best friend, "SHELIA" I had tears in my eyes, I tried to reach her, but was to late "I'll come to Wendy, don't worry"

(A/N I never knew how to spell Shelia, since I always got confused with the C and S, but I'm sticking to the S now!)

*DREAM OVER*

"Wendy, we're here" I woke up with tears in my eyes, "Are you okay?" I didn't hear what he said and just nodded blankly. "Thanks so much, Ilda, I'll see you around" I spoke as I made my way off the death vehicle and ran my way to Mira's address. I got there and was met with a big building. "Wow, it's so tall" I got inside and only saw one desk with a woman typing fast, "Um hello, I'm here for an internship with Mira"

She looked at me and smiled, "I'm sorry kid, but Mira doesn't do internships, I know cause I've been here since she started. Also please don't call her Mira. She hates it when people call her that. Refer to her as Strauss." She had finished speaking and went back to typing, I sighed at I pulled out the device Mira had bought for me, I didn't know how to use it but I saw Mira's picture so I clicked it.

There was a loud beep, which hurt my ears but I heard her voice. "Wendy are you here, you know you have around 5 minutes before your late '' I cringed at the sound of almost being late, "I'm here but this lady won't let me speak with you" I had said. "Okay wait a second" I waited a bit and then the same lady who was typing came up to me looking scared.
