Several weeks had passed. Madison still wasn't acting any better. Jordan and Madison had been hanging out less, not by Jordan's choice. Everyone kept asking Jordan if she knew what was wrong, but she just shrugged and said she didn't know.

One day Katherine, Emma, Natalie, and Madison sat down for breakfast.

"There's this boy named in one of my classes who's been texting me," Madison said one morning as she stared at her plate of food. She had no makeup on and had bags under her eyes.

The other girls at the table stopped and looked around at one another.

"What's his name?" Natalie asked.

"Chris," Madison said, staring at her food.

Natalie watched the girl carefully.

"He's pretty cute," Madison said casually as she put some food into her mouth.

Natalie stared at the girl intently, examining her really closely, "Is that so?"

Madison looked up and smiled, "Yea."

"I'm going out," Madison said grabbing her jacket.

"Where to?" Natalie asked, looking up from her homework.

"Chris and I have a date," she said as she opened the door and walked out.

Madison walked down to the lobby and looked at the chair that Jordan always would sit in. Madison sniffed loudly and walked out the door into the cold. As she walked down the sidewalk, she looked towards the university apartments, Jordan's complex in particular. A cold wind blew through her hair and she shivered and looked at where she was going.

She walked into the lobby of one of the dormitories and got out her phone and sent a message to the boy letting him know she was there. A few moments later he came down and opened the door.

"Hey beautiful," he said.

Madison paused a moment thinking about something and then smiled, "Hey."

Madison and Chris finally got a seat at Dishe. They had waited an hour for a table to free up. Madison opened up the menu and looked up at Chris.

"They have a really good meatloaf here, do you want to share it with me?" Madison asked with a smile.

Chris kept staring at the menu, "I don't like meatloaf."

Madison frowned and looked down at her menu. The two were silent for a moment, "Theres also a dessert here that's really good, we should get it."

Stare at the menu for a moment, quiet and then spoke up, "I don't think I have enough to cover dessert."

Madison sighed and and took a sip of her soda.

Chris invited Madison up into his bed. They were going to watch a movie together. Madison nervously hopped into the bed as Chris shrouded the covered over them as the movie began.

A few minutes into the movie, Madison felt a hand begin to creep along her skin. She swallowed hard and closed her eyes.

"Where's Madison?" Jordan asked as she sat down for lunch one day.

The table looked around at one another wondering who would say it.

Jordan looked at their faces, "Anyone?"

"She's eating lunch with someone," Natalie said mid chew.
