The fun is yet to be over, especially during Valentine's Day. With the hectic and chaos of Hogwarts, it was a breath of fresh air that we were able to go outside to Hogsmeade for some relaxation and fun.
I smiled happily as I remembered the time I went to Leo and ran down the idea to him. He just smiled and just promised that he will make something that will definitely defend the school away from Hogwarts. It makes my heart lighter, and able to enjoy this free day with Will without any worry whatsoever.
"C'mon, Angel, where would you recommend first?" Will asked.
"How about Honeydukes?" I suggested, "I remember that we couldn't get enough of chocolates during Valentine's Day?"
"Oh, you..." Will said fondly, remembering their last Valentine's Day and I ushered him to the shop.
Will was amazed as I was, seeing the shop with many interesting confectioneries. There were even new sweets magical to their own right.
I laughed when Will went ahead and tried a lollipop and nearly burned his tongue. He was sulking but I just said, "You should have read the label."
I pointed at it, which said 'Acid Pops'. Will was still sulking until he saw something and force fed to me. It made my face go hot red and stew fire from my mouth like a dragon.
"Now, I'm not the only one with a burned tongue," Will slurred, apparently the lollipop having slicked his tongue to different speech.
I laughed even when my tongue was still sparking. Later, we tried other sweets together and the newer ones. A favorite where one turned your own ears into fluffy rabbit ears. Will loved petting mine and I to Will's. We also carefully added any missed sweets into our list of unused passwords for Dumbledore's office on the way.
After Honeydukes, we went to Zonko's where we found ourselves almost decapitated by a Fanged Frisbee that was thrown by a reckless customer. Everyone just laughed at the mishap, but I couldn't help sigh. My neck has almost been cut off.
Will also sighed, but other than that, we had a fun time roaming around the place, laughing at a few customers who did pranks to others. A careless customer set off a bunch of fireworks that whizzed past me and set my hair on fire. A customer nearby put it out, but I was bummed out by that experience.
Will just patted me with a smile on his face, "Bad luck, huh, Angel?"
"Tch, if I got bad luck, you should have some too," I said.
"And how's-" Will started to ask, but was interrupted when he was mysteriously pushed to a box at the shelf.
It fell, spilling the contents and it ended up with Will's nose being bitten by a teacup. I laughed.
"Haha, they got your nose," I said.
Will smiled, and then said, "I'll get you back for that."
His voice was so nasal that I couldn't take him seriously and laughed uproariously.
We continued roaming throughout the place, contemplating going into a shop called 'Madam Puddifoot's' to dismiss it entirely because the inside looked a bit frilly for both our tastes.
"If it weren't like Aphrodite overload decoration, I think we would have a nice time at that shop. It did say that it was a couple's hangout," Will said.
"Yeah, but I'm not a fan of how they decorated the shop. It forcefully reminds me of how a certain someone decorates their office," I said, shuddering.
They had passed through a ridden looking shack, which I described as the 'Shrieking Shack'.
"It's rumored to be haunted, but I can't sense any ghosts," I said.
