The Sway

I wake up to my phone ringing. I roll over out of Josh's arms and see it's Addison. "Hello?" I say quietly. "Hey, so it's poring rain outside. We figured we could go to a bowling alley and arcade?" "Yeah. Sure." I say still half asleep cause it's 7:30 in the morning. " okay then get up and come on!" She yells and hangs up. I groan and roll over and slowly doze back off to sleep before realizing I was and shot up. "Who was that." Josh asks laying there with his eyes shut. "Addison, it's raining so we're gonna go do bowling and an arcade." "Ok. Then imma go shower." He says getting up. I nod and kinda plop back down.

I get up and go use the other guys showers, get out and wrap a towel around me and go back to my room. As josh walks back out. He looks at me and grins and continues buttoning his shirt. I roll my eyes and go in the bathroom and change and do hair and makeup. "Ready?" I ask coming out and sliding my shoes in. "Yep."

We head out and meet everyone there. Some of the hype house were invited so we could have some more fun. When we walk in I could hear all the guys around the corner in the arcade.  "I'm  going to get a lane for all of us." I tell josh as he goes over to the guys.

"Uh I'll have two lanes please and 10 pizzas." "Okay you'll be on lane 3 and 4 and 5. What kinda of pizzas?" He says looking me up and down creepily "Just pepperoni. And some coke." I say. "Okay they'll be out to you guys once they're made." He says. I nod and turn before he says something else. "Hey uh can I get your number?" He smiles looking me up and down. My heart drops. I smile politely trying to find what to say, "Uh, sorry I have a boyfriend." I blurt. "Well I don't see him." He says snarky. "Well I do. He's in the arcade. You will see him when we bowl. Which I Uh.. am gonna go get them to do." I say stuttering and walking backwards away quickly to the guys.

I go up to them quickly. "Guys come here." I say loudly. The all come in a circle. "I need one of you to pretend to be my boyfriend. The guy on the counter is creepy and asking me out and I said I have a boyfriend so I need one of you to realistically be my boyfriend." I say fast. "I will." Chase  says. I smile and thank him, with relief.  I tell them I got food and told them the lanes and they all started to migrate out to the lanes. "So uh.." I say awkwardly to chase, the group was way ahead of us. "Don't be so weird about it. Just relax the guy isn't gonna do shit to you. Just act cool and act like you're actually my girlfriend." He smiles and teases me. He holds my hand and we walk out to the lanes and sit down by josh. We start setting it up when the creepy guy starts bringing the pizza too us. Chase throws his arm around me as we watch the guys bowl.

"Imma go to the bathroom." I smile letting chase know. He nods and I walk around the corner trying to find it. It was kinda far back and private where they were which was weird. I go to go in when I feel a hand wrap around my wrist. And spin me around and I see the guy, his name tag said Eric. I gasp as he quickly pinned me to the wall. "That wasn't your boyfriend. That was a lanky game noodle." "Yes it was.." I said. I could feel the fear fill my body. He quickly puts his hand around my throat and aggressively kisses me. Pushing harder and harder making it hard to breath. He slowly moves down my body covering my mouth and making it impossible to move. He tries to slides his hand down my pants before I hear some one yell. He lets go and I fall to the ground. I gasp for air, everything is blurry. I look up and see someone punching the guy. I rest my head on the wall as I gain my vision back. I look up and josh runs over to me dropping and pulling me into his arms hugging me tightly. "Are you okay." He says fast, as soon as my head reached his chest I start crying. "My are you okay." He asks pulling me off his shoulder. "Yeah.." I manage to get out. "What did he do." He says mad. "He.. he just kissed me and choked me. He tried to rape me but .. you stopped him." I say hugging him again, tears flowing down my face.

I lean back and he gently wipes my tears away as I slowly stop crying. I was crying cause it hurt as he choked me, and it was a terrifying experience. Josh stands up and pulls out his phone. I look over and the guys knocked out on the ground.

Josh dials 911 and police come quick and take the guy away. All the guys come back and chase comes quickly too me and hugs me. "I'm sorry." He says softly, "you did nothing wrong." I say softly caressing his cheek. He stands up and helps me up. I have bruises around my neck from being choked but, besides that I'm fine. I'm mentally scared, physically ok. Josh quickly comes over once I stand and moves chase so josh can hold me in his arms.

"Bubba." I say softly. "I'll be okay." He nods pulling me back into a hug tightly. "You need one of us with you at all times around here now." He says. I nod. Josh, chase and I all leave, the other guys stay and finish bowling, we got our money back for the incident.

I get back to the hotel and chase hugs me good bye. "Get some rest, call me later, and be safe." He whispers hugging me. "I will. Good bye." I say and head up to the room holding Josh's hand. He brings me to our room and tells me to lay down. He goes out and brings me some water and turns on Netflix his laptop.

He lays down really closely next to me and holds his arms out. I cuddle up with him and watch the movie till I fall asleep. Being with him I feel comfortable and safe.

When I wake up, Josh is gone. I sit up a little confused and get up and go out to the main part of our room. "Where josh?" I ask bryce, who was staying I t he other room in our hotel room, "went to the store I think." He says. I nod and go back to our room and hop in the shower.

I get out and I see josh is back, I change and go out to see him. "Hey whered you go?" "I went and got you your favorite ice cream." He smiles. Aweee.

Tomorrow we go home, so we repack , eat our ice cream and get to bed so we can wake up early tomorrow.
