I lay down and quickly end up falling asleep. Josh there next to me. By the morning I hear a knock at his door. I wake up and shake josh awake and go to the bathroom.
I hear the door open and him talking, they were slightly loud. I finished up and walk out and see Nessa, "what the hell is she doing in there josh?" She says loudly. " ness- we're friends. We have been hanging" he states. "And I was just going." I half smile nervously and push the door fully open and walk past her. "Good. Leave." She sighs under her breath. I felt the rage fill me but I chose to not let it get to me.
I go to the living room and see nick and some of the other guys being loud and messing with paint ball guns till bryce turns towards me with it. "Bryce i swear to fucking god." I yell jumping blocking myself. Everyone laughs and he walks closer, "Bryce!" I scream, and as soon as he shoots I flinch, but it definitely didn't hurt as bad. "Was that a mini marshmallow in it? What the fuck." I say standing straight laughing. "Drama queen." Bryce jokingly pushes me.
"What's going on with you baby." Nick jokingly says , "oh just josh and nessa being totally in love with each other making it impossible for me to be FRIENDS with josh." I say annoyed. "Wanna go swim it out?" Bryce smiles, griffin grabs some drinks and I nod and go change into a bathing suit.

I go out to the pool, where the guys are shot gunning and making tiktoks it YouTube videos. "Guys, ma mans comin over to do tats of y'all wanna do it." Jaden says looking up from his phone.
Josh and nessa where down here and of course nessa wanted to. Everyone likes nessa and it's her first so it's going to be all of her, and what do you know it's right under her boob. I roll my eyes and decided to dry off in the sun for a bit so I can get one.
I looked online for a while till he got there and everyone quickly went in. I stayed in the back of the group and went in after. He got all set up and nessa was yelling and being loud about her liking vibration and how it hurt. I rolled my eyes at the attention she's getting and decided to just not deal with it.
I went down stairs and got a couple drinks and chilled by the pool till it was getting dark. "Hey drinking alone?" Griffin smiles. I just slightly nod. "You good?" "Mhm.." I fake smile. "Look I know that's a lie. Is this about josh?" He says grabbing a drinking and sitting next to me. He set his feet in the pool dangling them close to mine.
I stayed quiet till he says something " look I know you guys are friends, and I don't know if you want to be more. But, give it time. Try to be happy for him..?" "If she wasn't constantly at me. Maybe I would be. But I can't anymore. And yeah, right now we're friends, we've always been friends, and he chooses her over his best friend since birth. Of course that's hard Griff." I sigh looking at him. "Are you sure this is about just being friends?" He asks looking to me. "I don't know Griff.. I mean I might like him more than that.." I say standing up, And as soon as turn I see josh.
Josh freezes and looks at me a little shocked , maybe scared, he wasn't meant to hear that. "Joshy." Nessa says coming up to him clueless of what happened. "Josh I.." I get out before he turns and nessa pulls him away.
I plop down next to griffin sliding my feet Back into the pool, the guys and music loud, all the lights on in the house, the sun is just barley there anymore. "Great.." I sigh
