Caroline, Rebekah, Elena, Bonnie, and April sat in Elena's room getting ready. It was Friday morning and Mrs. Smith planned for everyone to meet at 1:30 pm at the pop-up carnival.

Bonnie was straightening Rebekah's hair as she changed into a red bodycon dress. Bonnie, whose hair was tied up in a bun was wearing shorts and a black lace cami. April curled her hair and changed into skinny jeans and a red flannel. Elena was wearing a yellow sundress with lilac daisies on it and her hair was braided to the side.

Caroline had curled her hair and tied it up and into a high pony and she wore black paper bag shorts and a blue crop top that was covered in a white leather jacket.

In other words, they looked beautiful.

"We've got 30 minutes! I repeat 30 minutes! till we have to go." Caroline Shouted, checking her watch obsessively.

"Care we'll be fine!" Elena said, applying makeup to April's pale face.

"I won't be! These people paid a lot of money for this!" Caroline said with furrowed eyebrows.

"Okay, fine let's go!" Bonnie said with a sigh as they all walked to the cars.

It was date time.

April walked nervously towards Kol, who had agreed to meet her by the cheese fries stand, her favorite snack.

"Well hello, darling," Kol smirked as he glanced over her body seductively. He walked towards her until their bodies were a hair away.

April stepped back and walked towards the Gravit-on, Kol jogging to keep up. "This is my favorite ride!" April exclaimed happily, grabbing his hand and jumping inline

Kol watched her eyes brighten as she boarded the ride, strapping herself in as Kol did the same.

"You know darling these straps would be perfect for other things," Kol smirked as April made a disgusted face

"Ew! Kol!" April laughed as the ride started, watching Kol's face turn from sexy to freaked, "Oh my god are you scared of a silly ride!?"

Kol shook his head frantically as his face turned almost green, "Of course I'm not bloody scared!"

As the ride ended Kol and April laughed about how a younger girl threw up churros on the ride.

"Oh my god I'm so happy we weren't in the splash zone!" April squeaked, walking towards the cheese fry stand.

"Speak for yourself! I look like one of Klaus's aBsTrAcT paintings!" Kol said, wiping his shirt to get the small droplets on it.

April laughed and ordered herself fries.

Rebekah and Stefan sat on the bench and talked, neither all that big into outdoor festivals.

"My thighs are sticking to this bloody stool," Rebekah remarked, moving her legs up and adjusting them

"Maybe if you didn't wear a dress to a carnival you would be more comfortable." Stefan laughed as Rebekah playfully smacked his chest

"Beauty tops the pain." Rebekah winked and got up, "Race ya to the churro stand"

"Oh, you're so toast." He said while chasing after her

Rebekah laughed as Stefan tackled her to the ground in the yard.

"Beat ya," he mumbled with a smirk, laying on top of her a minute longer than necessary.

"Rematch." She whispered, Using her strength to push him off and run away to the boarding house, deciding to meet up with Bonnie, Jermey, Damon, and Elena.

Caroline met with Klaus later that night. It was beginning to grow darker as she saw Klaus standing at the edge of the Ferris Wheel. His dark sandy blonde hair was messy and unruly, his lips were curved into a raspberry smirk, his eyes glowed in the grey night, and his usually grey Henley was now dark blue and covered with a black jacket and a tattered beaded necklace. The beaded necklace she had torn off and threw at him. He had fixed it.

Caroline smiled as she walked up to him, he bowed as he spoke, "Miss Forbes,"

"Mr. Mikaelson," Caroline said with a curtesy, giggling as Klaus's lips turned into a deep-set smirk.

"Ouch love you age me." He put his hand on his heart in fake-sadness.

"You are like a billion years old, but on the plus, that means you were around when Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliet! Which means you could totally help me ace literature!" Caroline's beaming face made Klaus want to melt.

Klaus grabbed her hand gently and pulled her towards the large Ferris wheel.

"Klaus I hate heights!" Caroline squealed loudly as Klaus pulled her into it the small blue cart.

"Love you'll be fine, besides you said you wanted me to show you the world, I'm showing you it," Klaus whispered the last part in her ear, causing shivers to travel up to Caroline's neck and spine.

The small cart was pressing their bodies flesh tight against each other. Klaus turned towards caroline and places his hand on her thigh.

"Look at this small town caroline. It does you no favors. You could have the whole world. All you have to do is ask." Klaus spoke with such a gentle promise that made Caroline's heartache.

"I'm asking Klaus," Caroline said quietly, her hand stroking his stubbled cheek.

Klaus brought his face closer to hers. Caroline smiled and smashed her lips to his gently. It wasn't a sexual or lust-filled kiss. It was gentle and a promise. A promise for a Thousand more.

And as they got to the top of the Ferris wheel caroline watched Klaus pull back, "Are you sure love?"

"Yes."

I will be updating this story sporadically, but the others will be getting updated one a week on Saturdays and sundays. I also wanted to just chat with you all! How are you guys?
