Matt rushed into the Mikaelson mansion like his life depended on it because he was sure that Caroline's life did.

"Klaus! Anyone open the door!" Matt yelled, pounding his hands against the white wood.

"What the bloody hell is all the ruckus?" Kol said, rubbing his eyes as he walked out in a baseball onesie

"I'm not even gonna mention the PJs. Caroline is in danger and we need to help her," Matt said in short breaths, trying not to laugh at his outfit

"Klaus is gonna be absobloodyloutley buggered!" Kol said with a groan as he stomped his foot as he said, "Klaus isn't home, best shot is the Salvatore flat, he's been a trying to find out if they did anything to her."

Matt nodded and ran over to the forest

"Hold your bloody horses! I'll give ya a lift. Maybe it'll earn me enough brownie points with Klaus for him not to threaten to put a dagger in my heart." Kol said with a growl as he flashed into a t-shirt and jeans and grabbed Klaus's keys

The ride there was an uncomfortable silent. Kol broke it a few times with inappropriate jokes until one of them brought up April.

"Look man I couldn't care less about you or your womanizer ways but leave April alone," Matt said defensively

Kol got a bit tense and angry at the notion of him hurting the girl, "I've actually offered her some self-defense lessons. Besides if I want to graft on the girl I will and it's none of your concern."

"It's of my concern because I'm very close with her and we're friends." Matt gripped the wheel till his knuckles turned white.

"You fancy the lads don't you?" Kol said with a playful smirk, but his body language showed something else.

Jealousy.

As they turned into the house's driveway they saw Klaus's other car already parked along with Elijah's.

This couldn't end well.
