Anna lied on her comfy bed, half covered in a warm comforter, and looked at at her popcorn ceiling. She took a deep breath and let it all out. Her past with Elsa, her hatred for Hans, and her love for Kristoff.
Then it hit her.
Kristoff!
She got up from her bed quickly and started pacing the floor.
Oh my god. He's fired! I didn't text him back- he must be worried sick!
Anna felt a great pressure against her chest and picked up her phone. Just as she started to type a long apology she heard a knock at her door. And a couple scratches.
A dog?
Anna cracked the door open and peaked out but Sven pushed his way through. He tackled Anna and licked her face. Anna laughed loudly because of all the tickles and eventually got up.
"I'm happy to see you again too." She said sweetly as she scratched him all over.
Anna's eyes lifted to meet Kristoffs. He grabbed Sven's collar and held him back.
"I...I'm sorry about that." He stumbled, clearly flustered and nervous.
"It's okay, really, I love Sven." Anna smiled.
Kristoff scanned her for a second. "...Have you been crying?"
Anna turned a little red and her eyes narrowed.
"Uh. Yes. Yes I have." Her heart felt like it was going to burst. She had the overwhelming urge to just kiss him right then and there, but instead she swallowed her feelings and fidgeted with her fingers.
"Anna, I am so... sorry." He said almost at a whisper, his eyes softening.
"Kristoff..." Anna bit her lip hard.
Dont kiss him. Don't kiss him.
She was intent on telling everything. Absolutely everything, including her feelings for him- but she didn't know how to get the words out. A part of her felt like an awkward high schooler almost.
"Actually- I'm not sorry. I love you Anna, and I know that you're engaged and you have your own separate life but I needed at least to take my shot. To let you know how I feel- or else I would've never known what I would miss. And now I do. But it doesn't change anything. I have to move on, and let you do your own thing- if I really do love you. So, I guess I'm just here to say goodby-"

Anna quickly grabbed Kristoffs face and pressed her soft lips against his chapped ones. It didn't take long at all for his eyes to close and to start kissing her back. As cheesy as it sounds, their kiss felt magical. Somehow even better than the last time. Their bodies pressed again one another, as they held each other so close. Anna wanted it to last forever- and it did last for quite a while, before Kristoff broke it suddenly.
"Hey. You're engaged- you can't just do something like that. I'm going to have to get over you." Kristoff took a sharp breath and groaned. "But you just make it so- difficult Anna."
Anna stared in his serious chocolate colored eyes and burst into a laughter.
"Anna, seriously? I-"
She held up her ring-less hands for him to see, and his jaw almost dropped to the floor. He couldn't help himself from smiling a bit.
"You might wanna sit down for this." Anna made her way to her comfy couch and sat down. Sven ran to Anna's side and lied on the couch, enjoying its comfy ness.
"I'm listening." Kristoff said, with his head resting on his fist.
"So, well. Where do I start? After our little- altercation- Hans got pissed at me for having a work friend-"
"jealous dickhead..." he snorted.
Anna snorted at Kristoff's interruption then rolled her eyes.
"True, true. But let me finish!"
"Okay okay feisty-pants, on with it then."
"Anyways, before I was so rudely interrupted, Hans got so mad that he threatened to fire you."

Kristoff took a breath to say something but remembered Anna scorning him for interrupting.

"But, I told him I would stop talking to you and even quit my job, if you could keep yours. Eventually he obliged. Sooo, that's why I wasn't at work." Anna recalled.
Kristoff looked around her apartment then back at her suspiciously. "Hm. So- how come that ring's off your finger?"
"Oh right! Well uh- hm. Last night... I kinda sorta... left to break up with him."
"Oh alright so-"
"No no no. But then- Hans kinda... sorta..."
"What?" Kristoff said, his eyebrows creasing together.
"He was cheating on me. And I saw. So- uh, I chucked my engagement ring at him and flipped him off." Anna nervously laughed and looked away.
"...What's one good reason I shouldn't leave to beat the shit out of him right now?" Kristoff asked seriously.
Anna chuckled and sighed. "Well, because after all the shit we had to put up with, we're together. Almost like it was meant to be."

She leaned in close and placed a gentle kiss on his lips, before Kristoff kissed her back, pulling her into another make out. They could have stayed like that for a couple of hours if it wasn't for Sven's insistent barking.
"Sven. Come on, I thought we had each other's back." Kristoff whined.
Anna playfully punched his shoulder and turned to give Sven some of the love and attention he had been craving.
"So, what now?"
"We're both jobless." Anna scoffed.
"I can stay at Bulda's place for a bit till I get another one. She needs the help with the kids anyways. Plus I would loose a thousand jobs if it meant being with you."
Anna rolled her eyes yet again and bit her lip a little.
"Luckily you only had to lose one then."
Kristoff held her hand gently and looked into her icy blue eyes. They sparkled from her living room lighting.
"I meant... what now for us?"
Anna blushed a bit and pressed her lips together. If she wasn't careful she could cause another prolonged make out session. Maybe she wanted that.
"We can take it slow? See where is goes?"
"Of course. Slow and steady baby."
They both laughed then kissed passionately in Anna's living room.
"Kristoff. I love you."
"I love you too Anna."
