Part 5.

Suman's POV

Days passed by and today was Preeti and Pushkar's wedding.

Each day Shravan and Pushkar tried to convince me for the case but I didn't budge my decision.

Pushkar gave up but Shravan keep on trying convincing me. I really wanted to fight this case but I can't put my family's respect at stake.

That guy, Aditya, I didn't see him after the sangeet ceremony.

The baraat arrived. I did the puja and welcomed everyone. Shravan was right beside me wherever I go. I could see Ramnath uncle glaring at me.

"Shravan tum mere peeche peeche kyu aa rahe ho?" I asked.

"Kyuki mai tumhe akela nahi chhod sakta!" He said.

Well this was an overwhelming feeling but Ramnath uncle's glare were freaking me out.

"Tum please mujhe 5 minute ke liye akela chhod sakte ho?" I asked.

"Aur woh kyu?" He asked.

"Washroom jana hai! Waha bhi chaloge!?" I asked being irritated.

"Okay fine! Go! But not more than 5 minutes, I want you here in 5 minutes!" He said and I was on my half way to the washroom when a hand stopped me.

I turned around to see the person who stopped me and I was shocked. Aditya, he is back.

"Hey beautiful! Remember me?" He asked coming close to me. I remembered that day and slapped him hard on his left cheek.

"Yeh uss din mujhe chhoone ke liye!" I said and moved towards the washroom.

I locked the door and left a sigh. I could feel my tears making their way on my cheeks.

I quickly wiped them and went out. When I was sure that Aditya was not there I quickly went inside the hall and stood right beside Shravan, holding his hands.

Shravan's POV

Sumo came and stood right beside me. But why was she holding my hands? Something is wrong.

"Sumo?" She looked at me and I saw faded tear marks on her face and fear in her eyes.

"Sumo you were crying!?" I asked. She nodded her head in no and looked away.

I quickly took her away from the hall in an empty room where some stuffs which was needed during the wedding was kept.

"Sumo look at me!" I said making her face me. She looked at me.

"What happened?" I asked holding her shoulders.

"I... I... That... Aditya..." Words were not able to come out from her mouth.

"Aditya!" I said being shocked. She nodded her head in fear.

"Sumo don't worry! I am here with you" I said and that was her breaking point, she started crying.

"Shravan...he again... tried to... touch me!' She said between her cries. I hugged her tightly.

"Shhh Sumo! Nothing will happen!" I said calming her down.

"Shravan let's go! Everyone must be waiting" she said pulling back from the hug ands I nodded in agreement and we both left the room.

It was time for the vidaai, I didn't left Sumo even for a single second after that.

"Di I will miss you!" Preeti said hugging Sumo.

"I will miss you too my pretty Preeti! And you idiot, if anything happens to my pretty Preeti you will be a dead man!" Sumo warned to Pushkar.

"Kuch nahi hone duga!" Pushkar said smiling.

Everyone started leaving. I don't know how to tell Papa that I will be here staying in the hotel only.

"Umm... Papa!" I called him.

"Ha beta bolo!" He said.

"Papa I will be staying here in the hotel tonight" I said.

"And why is that so?" He asked.

"I need to take care of the arrangements which will be cleaned up!" I lied.

"Fine! Good night then" he said.

"Good night!"

I could see papa looking at Sumo's direction and his look was as if he was glaring at her. Well I ignored it and bid everyone a good night.
