It had been a little over a month since Jaune had lectured Wiess and Ruby, and it seemed that they had taken his words to heart.
They were all siting in that cafeteria, while Nora was telling a story and Ren was correcting it.
"Jaune you ok" Pyrrha asked
Jaune looked up from his food that was mostly uneaten "hm, oh I'm fine just worried about my people"

They all turned to see team CRDL bullying a Faunus girl classmate, Carden was pulling the girls rabbit ears. Jaune looked around and saw Mis. Goodwitch staring at it and doing nothing to stop it.
"I'll be right back" Jaune said darkly as he stood up and walk over. Grabbing Carden's ear and twisting hard
"aaahh" Carden yelled in pain
"doesn't feel good hm, so either let her go or I wont stop" Jaune said as he twisted harder
"what are you guys waiting for get him" Carden yelled at his team. causing them to get up and charge Jaune.
Jaune raised his other hand as if he was choking someone. RDL was lifted into the air and couldn't breathe.
"mister arc" Goodwitch yelled as she marched over to them. Jaune released RDL and then Carden after he let go of the girl's ears "mister arc you come with me and you now have detention for a week"
"actually, I believe that it is not jaune who is in the wrong but team CRDL" Ozpin said as he walks in the room and over to them
"but prof. Ozpin he assaulted th" she was interrupted
"and he was defending a student who they were bullying as you stud and did nothing" Ozpin said with a cold anger " there for he will not be punished" he turns to team CRDL " as for the four of you, detention for one month on all free periods." Turning to Goodwitch "come with me"
Jaune walked over to the girl "hello sorry about that names Jaune and you are?"
"Velvet" she said shyly
"Well velvet" Jaune leans in close to her face "why didn't you fight back?"

"I didn't ask what you are, I ask why you were letting them do that" jaune leans closer their noses now where touching
"If I fought back it could have been seen as a Faunus up rising" she said her face as red as ruby's cloak
Jaune sighed "fine but know this if I see it happening again there will be blood" he stood back up to full height "if you like you can sit with me and my friends"
"Thanks, but I'll sit with my team." She said as she turned around

"yes" she faced him again
Jaune put his hand on her rabbit ears. She flinched but Jaunes hand became coated in glowing green smoke and healed her bruise "there you go"
