"Here we are" Johanna announced standing outside the pie shop. Glancing towards Toby who looked a little apprehensive she smiled and opened the door to the pie shop. With Lily in her arms she placed her down in one of the booths and told her to wait for her there. Looking back towards Toby Johanna could see he nervous, he was scanning the pie shop as if working out whether it was safe for him or not. Johanna felt so bad for the young boy clearly he had been very badly mistreated.

"Come with me" she said softly leading the boy out of the pie shop and towards the bathroom. Once inside she closed the door and started to make him up a bath. Again Toby looked around at the small wash room and gulped as Johanna handed him a fresh clean fluffy towel. He didn't understand why she was helping him? No one was this sweet to him before.

"Why are ya doin' this miss?" He asked not understanding such kindness.

"Because not all people are bad Toby, I want to help you....I don't actually own this property, it belongs to my step mother Nellie Todd, she's married to my father who is the barber upstairs, I'm hoping she can give you a job working with her" she explained whilst mixing the warm water in the tub with some bath salts.

"A job?" He whispered hugging the towel close to him whilst eyeing up the room he was stood in. Although it was small it was still very quaint...

"She's a baker, she's always going on about how she needs help around her shop...I'll ask her for you when she's back home" Johanna continued to explain while opening the cupboard to retrieve one of her fathers shirts for him to put on for now.

"I'm afraid all I have is this shirt which should just about fit you, you'll have to wear your trousers I'm afraid until we can find you some new ones" hearing the sound of small sniffles Johanna whizzed round to see Toby all chocked up. Immediately she felt worried as to why he was suddenly crying.

"What's wrong?" She was genuinely concerned.

Clearing his throat and rubbing his eyes and looked up towards her sadly "no one as ever been so kind to me miss"

Smiling sympathetically towards him she squeezed his arm gently "from now on Toby I won't let anyone hurt you.....now once you've finished come outside of the pie shop, you'll see a staircase I'll be up there in my fathers shop" with that she left him alone and closed the bathroom door behind her.

As Johanna turned she saw Lily sneaking out of the living room with her dolls trying not to be caught after being told to sit in the booth.

Giggling away Lily realised she had been caught. "I jwust missed them" she said with a small pout before both of them seemed to go quiet hearing the faint sound of moans coming from Nellie's bedroom.

Johanna frowned confused at to what it was. The moans continued and seemed to get louder...

"What's that Jo?" Lily asked after all they thought they were all here alone.

Johanna heard the moans again and widened her eyes when hearing the words "oooh Mr T ya make me feel so hot..."

Bugger!

"Nothing Sweetie, let's go upstairs and play with those dolls" Johanna quickly ushered Lily out of the living room and into the pie shop. Her ears were burning after what she just heard, there was no coming back from that now. But at least it meant they had made up.....

Letting out a large sigh of contentment Nellie rolled off her husband and onto her back grinning whilst pulling the covers up over her naked body. Sweeney smirked towards her and lifted himself up on one arm to look down at her. Trailing her fingertips up his chest she smiled when he kissed her lips again and pulled her into his body.
