As I walked towards my house with Todoroki, a million thoughts ran through my head. Three main things kept recurring though.
1. I've never had a friend over.
2. I've never had a crush before, and my flushed cheeks and the sound of my heart beat in my ears is enough to tell me that I have a huge one. I may have been isolated, but I'm not an idiot.
3. I really have to pee.
I just shook the thoughts away as we got to the driveway. Now, our driveway is hella long, so you probably wouldn't know that there's a house back there. I walked up to the gate and put my hand up to the sensor and let it scan my hand print. The gaits opened with a "Welcome home, Y/N."
I walked through once they opened and heard Todoroki gasp. I looked at him, ignoring the fact that my heart started beating a little bit faster, "What is it?" I asked.
He shook his head, "Uh, nothing. It's uh - really pretty." I smiled and looked down the driveway. The Japanese Maples were lit up with hidden fairy lights that made them glow. The lights were bright enough to light the driveway, but dim enough to be considered 'mood lighting'.

We continued to walk towards the house, and once it came into view he stopped walking.
"I don't know what I was expecting. It belongs to the richest family in the country, of course it's going to be nice." He face palmed and we walked the rest of the way.
Once we approached the garage doors, they opened on their own, sliding open as we approached.
Once inside, we walked past the cars towards a side door. I opened it and smiled when I saw Tadashi working at one of the tables, unaware of our presence.
I walked in and felt Todoroki's hand drop mine, I turned to face him and watched as he took a few steps and stood, mouth agape, eyes wide.
His head slowly turning as he turned all the way around, he said in a low voice, "So this is where all of the magic happens?" I nodded, and turned.
"Hey Tadashi! I hope you don't mind, but we have a guest!" Tadashi turned around, and grinned. "Hey, you must be Todoroki, how are you?" "I'm good, thank you for allowing me to stay Mr. Fukuhara." He said while bowing slightly. Tadashi quickly waved him back up, "No need for formalities, I imagine after today you'll be around a lot." He said while winking.
I groaned and started walking towards the elevator, "Stop it Tadashi! We're going upstairs to eat dinner if you need us." Tadashi smiled, "All right."
T O D O R O K I
I watched her begin walking towards the elevator, and followed a few seconds later. I felt a hand on my wrist stop me from walking, I turned to see Tadashi. He gave me a weak smile, "Don't hurt her, all right? She doesn't deserve that." I quickly shook my head, "I would never!" Tadashi smiled and nodded, letting go and continuing working on... whatever it is he's working on.
