Ramona's POV

The weekend has arrived and I couldn't be more happy than I am right now. School was quite cool apart from the occasional deadly stares I received from Belle and Damien trying to talk to me, which I am considering to hear him out, everything was okay.

My friendship with everyone was actually good and even though I don't really enjoy such large groups of friends, I liked mine.

Today was the after party for the game which I won't be able to attend because I have to go home to meet my dad as he had news for me.

I am sitting here with my friends eating as we were all talking about the party, what to wear and how fun it is going to be but I was actually nervous. I have never been to a highschool party before so you know all the feels were attacking me at once.

"So are you excited for your first high school party here?" Serena wiggles her eyebrow as her voice holds excitement.

I was about to answer when Caleb cut me off. "Wait, you 've never been to a party before?" Caleb asked in disbelief.

I felt a little nervous as all eyes fell onto me. "No." I answered, causing the others to laugh except Joshua and I.

Once they realized how serious our faces were their laughs stopped.

"I was kidding but you are legit serious.'' Serena says with a surprised look.

"How is that even possible?" Aaron asked and everyone nodded in agreement.

"I used to go to a boarding school" I answered and they said 'Oh'.

"Now everything makes more sense," Tiffany says. I knew what she meant so I just nodded with a smile.

"Well we're going to make sure it will be an unforgettable night." Serena said excitedly.

"Hey we need to leave right after school ends." Joshua whispered in my ears.

"Okay, I have to be home early anyway," I said and I remembered he wasn't saying anything about attending the party so I asked him. "You're going later right?"

He nods. "I have work first then I'll come by." he says and I nod in response.

Lunch finally ended and I made my way over to biology class where I had to deal with Belle's deadly stares. I reached inside the class and Damien was already sitting down reading his book so I made my way over to him. He looked up and sighed and I just walked to our table and sat there waiting for class to begin. Aaron and Tiffany then joined behind us and the teacher then came in followed by Belle and Joshua.

"Okay so I am going to call your partners out and we begin" Mr Willis said and everyone nodded.

"Samantha and Jaden"

"Michael and Olivia"

"Tiffany and Aaron"

"Keith and William"

"Damien and Belle"

"Ramona and Joshua"

"Lily and Sam"

Now obviously everyone was shocked at the partners assigned, especially Joshua and I. Belle gave me the deadliest stare which just made me laugh. Damien then moved over to partner with Belle and Joshua sat next to me smiling. As for Aaron and Tiffany they were very quiet ever since the crush thing and trust me I knew it was that they both liked each other.

"You sure you don't want to switch and go back to your girlfriend?" I teased and he just smiled.

"Nah, I'd rather be here" he looked at me and I stared at him taking in the words he said and I blushed.
