"Holy shit, you went and fell in love with a Devil didn't you?" Valentine asked me after his stabbing spree. "Are you insane?!? Your dad is going to rip out your wings faster than you can say fallen angel," he started yelling at me. I couldn't focus on anything else other than Lily lying motionless on the ground. A small pool of black blood forming around her.

"Yes, I fell in love with a Devil. I didn't mean to, it just happened and then we kissed and things just escalated," I said rushing to Lily's side.

"You kissed?!?!?" Valentine yelled.

I nodded.

"I'm not going to say anything but your father sent me here to protect you. If he finds out about this you know what will happen," Valentine said disappointed.

"Yes and I accept the punishment if he does find out," I said with tears forming in my eyes.

I watched as Valentine left the room. I would deal with him later, right now I had to concentrate on what was in front of me. She had stab wounds all over her body. I picked her up and ran as fast as I could outside of the restaurant. I stepped out and immediately let my wings unfurl into two beautiful 10-foot white wings. I flew as fast as I could to Lily's place. I ran into Lily's bedroom, locked the door, and almost threw her on the bed. I ran into her bathroom next and grabbed all the towels I could find. I came back out and started drying out Lily's cuts, there were a few that were not so deep and easy to stop the bleeding but then there were a few that looked deadly. I could feel the tears flowing from my eyes. I realized they were there because I knew that Lily was going to die. Suddenly I felt Lily's hand on my arm.

"Pull it out, slowly. Pull out the knife, straight out... don't wiggle it," I heard her say weakly.

I grab the knife and pull it out slowly. I heard Lily breathing hard and fast as I pulled. I could almost hear the screams tempting to escape Lily's mouth. Once it was out I threw the knife as far as I could and grabbed a towel to try and stop the bleeding. At this point, the bed, my hands, and the towel was completely stained black with blood.

"It's not stopping," I said panicking.

"In my nightstand, there is some brimstone, take it out and pour it into the wound, it should help with the holy water poisoning," L said, growing weaker.

I opened the drawer and sure enough, there was a small vial with dark dust in it. I slowly poured most of it into Lily's biggest cut on her chest and watched as it seeped into the cut and solidified. Then I moved onto her other deep cuts each one slowly stopping the blood. I noticed that Lily's breathing had returned to normal, but she was still unconscious. At least she was ok. I was still crying but this time from the relief that Lily is not losing blood anymore. I sprawled myself on her bed and immediately fell asleep.
