"Secret admirer? mom asked.
"Ah mom promise wala po talaga kong alam dito and priority ko po muna talaga ang pag-aaral." depensa ko naman sa sarili ko.
"'tong anak ko na talaga toh, nagda-dalaga na!" pabirong asar ni mom sa 'kin sabay tawa nito.
HAHAHAAH!
"Mom naman oh!" sabi ko kay mom.
"Bakit totoo naman ah?" sagot ni mom habang tuloy parin sa pagtawa.
"Oh how's you're birthday invation is it already done? tanong ni mom.
"Ah opo mom." sagot ko.
"Ah eh mabuti naman!" mom.
"Ah siya nga pala nak, pancit, palabok, spaghetti, biko, lechon, menudo, cake, cupcakes, fried chicken...Yung dessert and drinks naman natin eh dapat may choices sila kaya meron tayong halo-halo, magnolia ice cream, juice, softdrinks, graham... sabi ni mom sabay tanong sakin. Is it something you want to add?
"Nothing mom!" sagot ko naman.
"'Nak, eh kung isuot mo nalang yang damit na nareceive mo ngayon total maganda naman?" pahabol na tanong ni mom.
"Pag-iisipan ko po mom." sagot ko naman.
Nung mga oras na yon ay hindi pa rin mawala si secret admirer sa isipan ko. Patuloy sa paghihinala.

Nag prepare na kami ni mom para sa birthday ko bukas and guests I'm turning into 17 years of existence. Thank god! because he gave me another chance to live, to laugh and to love. I wish for myself nothin' more but happiness. Yeheyyy! I'm so excited! can't wait.
