I've been awake for a while now. How long? I don't know. I haven't been able to open my eyes without the sun burning them. Anyways, last night was fun. The minute we walked into the club, I knew I loved it. The music, the dancing, the people. Everyone was free; no worries, no stress, no fear. They were just letting loose and forgetting about any and everything. Me and the girls drank and danced till we couldn't anymore. But by then, we were so wasted the owner of the club had to call us a cab. I guess you can say my first clubbing experience went pretty well.
I hear a groan from the other side of the room. "Guys?" Arden moans. "I feel shitty."
"Ditto." I say. Then, slowly, I try to open my eyes. Someone must've closed the blinds because it's darker now. I sit up and look at my phone. Three texts and two missed calls.

From: Jc
When are you gonna be home?

From: Jc
I'm assuming you and the girls are having a sleepover.

From: Jc
It's almost 1 in the afternoon... You awake?

The two missed calls are from him and Sam. I send Jc a quick text saying that I'm awake and I'll be home soon. Then I set my phone down on the couch.
"Guys?" I say. "I need someone to take me home."
"Yeah," Lauren says. "And I need someone to drive me back to the club so I can get my car."
It's decided that Jenn will drive me home, and on the way we'll drop off Lauren. The ride to the club is pretty quiet and boring, considering we're all really hungover.
Once Lauren is dropped off, Jenn drives me home. When we get there, Jenn asks, "Did you have fun?"
I nod. "The hangover sucks ass though."
She laughs. "I recommend pain killers and sleep."
I smile. "Sounds like a plan. Bye, Jenn."
I grab my bags and get out of the car.
As I'm shutting the door, Jenn says, "Bye."
She drives off and I walk in the house. Sam is the first person I see. In fact, he's the only one. I walk towards him so I can give him a hug. But I ended up stumbling a little bit. Sam grabs my arm and holds me steady.
"Whoa, there," he says chuckling. "Somebody's hungover."
I nod. "I went clubbing last night. It was fun. But now it's not."
Sam chuckles again. God he's adorable when he laughs. "Of course it's not fun anymore. You're hungover. Drop the bags and I'll carry you to your room. You need rest."
I drop the bags and he picks me up bridal style. Then we head to my room.
As soon as Sam opens the door, I flinch. Why is my room so bright? Sam sets me down on the bed and closes the blinds.
"Alright you," he says, turning to me. "I'm gonna get your bags and some water and pain pills. You change into pajamas or something and lay down."
I nod. He leaves the room and I search my drawers for a big tshirt. Since I have none, I sneak into Sam's room and grab one. Then, before he catches me, I go back to my room and change in my bathroom. After I'm changed, and my hair is tied back, I feel nausea wash over me. I hate the aftermath of alcohol. My feet carry me toward the toilet and I just vomit up my guts.
When I'm done, I sit up against the wall and breath. Just breathe. Then there's a knock on the bathroom door.
"Alex, you okay?" Sam asks.
I nod, forgetting that he can't see me. I force myself to my feet and open the door. Sam gives me a quick hug, then hands me some Advil and a glass of water.
"Take two of those," he orders. "I'll be right back."
I do as I'm told and before I can get in bed, Sam is back with my bags. He sets them in the corner of the room, and then pulls me into a hug.
"I texted Jc," Sam says. "He has ordered you to bed rest. But he'll be back in a few hours."
"Where is he?" I ask.
"I don't know. Let's get you in bed. Okay?" Then he looks down at me and grins. "Why are you wearing my shirt?"
I blush and give a little shrug. "I wanted a baggy tshirt to sleep in."
He grins and shakes his head. Then he picks me up and tucks me in bed. "Get some sleep. You need to get over this hangover of yours."
As Sam goes to leave, I feel a sudden loneliness in my chest. "Sam." I say.
He turns back to me. "Yeah, Alex?"
"Can you cuddle with me? At least until I go to sleep?"
For a minute, he looks confused. But he ends up saying, "Sure." Then he lays next to me and kisses my forehead. "Go to sleep."
"Okay," I whisper, snuggling into his chest. Not even a minute later, I feel myself doze off.

The next week is boring. The day I came back with a hangover was Tuesday. Wednesday, we figured out that it wasn't just the hangover messing with me. I have a little stomach bug. Not to mention that the guys have been having constant meetings for this convention thing next week. They don't want to leave me alone in the house though, especially because of what happened with Derek. So, them and all their youtuber friends have been rotating shifts between meetings. Between them, Connor, Tyler, the girls, Jenna Marbles (a new person I met) and Jack, someone is always off of a meeting watching me until another person can take over. At first, it felt like I was being treated like a child. But I guess it's alright cause I've gotten to know them a little bit.
Today is Saturday. Two days before we leave for Florida. I'm starting to feel better. Today is also the guys last day of meetings. Right now, I'm laying in bed. The guys are getting ready downstairs. Last night, they told me Connor is the only one watching me today. Apparently, he has to talk to me too. So this should be interesting. My phone buzzes next to me.
