caleb just made the decision to get his own apartment so he could get some time away from his family and live closer to his university as well. however, there seems to be just one problem. every morning at 3am, the boy next door begins to blast his chase atlantic playlist loud enough for the entire colony to hear and it's begun to get on caleb's nerves.
