"Don't go by the gate, okay? Stay right here where I can see you guys." I told the kids sitting on the porch. They were playing in the yard while the people were in the back cleaning the pool.
Cj was playing basketball with Cameron, Aubrey, Olivia, and A'Layah was going over Aubrey's cheer dances, and Carter was just playing by himself with his trucks and everything.
I got up from the swing walking over to Carter.
"You want Mommy to play with you?" I asked sitting in the grass. He looked at me and handed me his toy car.
We played for a few minutes, then a car stopped in the middle of the street outside our gate. It was a all black Mercedes.
Something didn't sit right with me. It just didn't.
Then, the passenger's side door opened. A tall slim guy stepped out and straightened out his clothes. The first thing I noticed was the tattoos.

"Kids, go in the house. Take your brother." I said slowing standing up picking up Carter.
"What? Mom, why?" Aubrey asked turning off the music.
"Mama, who's that?" Cj asked looking at August.
"Guys, go in the house. Now!" I told them. They got their stuff together. As Cj was walking past me, I handed him Carter. "Here, take your brother and call Chris out here." I told him.
"Mom, whats going on?" He asked me.
"Don't worry baby I'm fine. Just do as I said. I love you." I kissed his forehead and watched as they went inside. I then turned back to August seeing he was just standing at the gate. Good thing we keep our gate closed. "AUGUST WHAT DO YOU WANT?! WE HAVE A RESTRAINING ORDER ON YOU!" I yelled.
"TEYANA I DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT A RESTRAINING ORDER!" He yelled back. He then surrendered his hands up. "IM NOT ARMED." He said.
"GET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE, NOW!" I yelled. He laughed.
"WE CAN DO THIS THE EASY WAY OR THE HARD WAY! IF I WAS YOU, I WOULD SUGGEST THE EASY WAY!" He yelled.
"FUCK YOU!" I stuck both of my middle fingers off at him. "YOU HAVE 3 SECONDS TO LEAVE OR IM HITTING MY EMERGENCY CALL!" I took my phone out.
