Later That Night...
-{ CHRISTOPHER POV }-
After dropping the kids off at their friends' house, I was left alone at the house with A'Layah. She didn't want to go anywhere and I didn't force her to so I'm going to stay home and kick it with my princess.
"Daddy where are you going?" Layah asked sitting up in the bed.
"I gotta go shower Princess." I laughed getting out the bed and walked to the bathroom.

After getting out the shower, I walked back into the room seeing A'Layah sprawled out in the bed knocked out. I laughed to myself scooting her over and got in the bed. She woke up and moved under me resting her head in my chest. I kissed her forehead running my hand through her hair.
My phone started ringing right when I was about to doze off. I sighed reaching back grabbing it off the nightstand seeing Devon calling.
"Wassup Dev," I answered.
"I got somebody you need to meet. Meet me in the old Walgreens parking lot." He said.
"Nigga it's almost 12 in the morning and you calling me with this shit? Plus I got A'Layah tonight. I can't come out there."
"Come on man. Just gonna be a lil minute. I need you to meet this person. He might have some info about Teyana.."
I sat up, "Really? I'm on my way." I said hanging up. I put my phone down and carefully slid out the bed. I slipped on some sweats and a T-Shirt. I grabbed my slide slipping them on as well and carefully left out the room. I closed the door jogging downstairs and grabbed the car keys.
I walked out the house and jogged to the Mercedes. I was only going down the road wasn't too far from here, so I didn't mind leaving Layah by herself. Plus she's sleep so she's going to be alright.

Getting out my car, I greeted Devon, Vincent, Geno, and some other dude.
"Wassup y'all." I said dapping all of them up.
"Wassup," They said.
"Chris, this Tae. Tae, this my lil brother Chris. Teyana's husband." Devon introduced.
"Wassupp. You know something bout my wife man?" I asked him.
"Well..I work for somebody. Ian gon say who, but just know I do. The dude that I work for is cool with August. In fact, they're cousins. I hear them talk about your wife all the time. But, I never hear of where she is. I just know she's with August. Now, ion know much but from what August be saying, she's his girl. He fucks her, other niggas fuck her, all types of shit goes down at that house they're at. He says she's his forever and if he ever sees you again, he's going to blow ya shit off making ya kids have to get put in the system." He said looking at me.
My blood behind fuming. "FUCK MAN!" I yelled.
"You can't get any information about where he's at?" Vincent asked Tae.
"I mean, I can try. The dude I work for is out there at August's house now wherever that is. I'll try to ear hustle some more when he gets back. I'm going to do the best I can man." He said. I sighed.
"I just want to kill his ass for myself." I mumbled thinking about August. "Nigga came to our house, fixed our relationship, and now this shit? He's a fucking snake! I don't fuck with snakes!" I yelled.
"You not a snake huh?" Vincent asked Tae.
"Nahh, Ian no snake. I'll never be no snake. I just knew she went missing and I knew Devon, so when I found out y'all was all a family and knew who she was with, i called him up." Tae explained.
"I been knowing him for some years, he's cool." Devon said.
"That don't mean shit. It be ya closest ones turning on you." I said. "No offense man, but I'm tired of getting fucked over. Every time we bring somebody into our family, we get played. So I'm skeptical about this stuff with you right now bruh. I believe you and want the help, I really do. But my trust level with new people very low." I explained to Tae. He nodded
"I get that, it's cool." He replied
"You know if August comes down here with Teyana?"' Geno asked Tae.
"Not that I know of. But I know my boss's birthday is coming up and they might be having a big ass party at this club. I'm sure August is coming and he might bring Teyana." Tae explained.
"Aight. You find out more shit, and let us know." I told him. "I need my wife back man. It's been 5 years. I've been taking care of all 4 of our kids for 5 year on my own and trying to pursue my career? It's hard! I need my wife. Haven't had sex in 5 years. Might as well call me a virgin again."
We all laughed. "I got you man, I got you. I'm going to reunite you with your wife. I promise." He said.
"Thank you." I told him. "Alright, I got my baby girl at home by herself. I need to get going before she wakes up and freaks out because I'm not there. Ima fuck wit y'all later." I dapped them all up.
"Alright Chris, stay safe man. We gonna get Teyana back and kill this nigga." Devon said.
"I gotta tell y'all tho, August slick as hell. He's smart with the shit he does and knows everybody. It's some tough shit y'all stepping into. This niggas got plugs everywhere." Tae said.
"I thought he was a singer?"
Tae bust out laughing. "He tells people that so they won't know what he really does. Nigga a whole drug lord out here. Him and his cousin two of the highest in the game." He said. "I'm going to try to do the best that I can."
I nodded. "Guess we going in like the Fast and Furious crew. Gon be our niggas versus they're crew." Geno said.
"I can try to whip up some shit too. Y'all gonna need it, I'm telling y'all. This ain't no kiddie shit y'all use to. These niggas ain't shit to fuck with. If y'all kill at least one of them, I'll respect y'all with the most high." He said
"We got this shit man." I said. "While he's getting some information together about Tey, we need to start getting together for a plan and get some niggas together." I told Devon nem.
I'm not even going to front, I am a little nervous now about getting into this. But we all know how the game goes. You gotta be on your toes at all time with this shit.
Ion care how tough it gets, I'm going to do everything in me to get my girl back.
At least try...
If I have to die, then be it. I want to see her before I do if it does come down to that.
